I haven’t been to subway in over 17years to this location. I was actually shocked how much the inside had changed and how fresh the subs were. My son loves subway. Irina and Navya were so nice and very nice to my son. A greats atmosphere to enjoy our lunch! I usually don’t leave reviews but felt like as much as this subway has changed they deserved it! Fast and great service!

I am giving a one-star review for one reason only...
We forgot a baseball cap last night around 10PM, and called back to the store within 30 minutes to have thwm hold it until the next morning
The associate graciously located the hat and placed it in a location so it wouldnt be lost.
Apparently, the story manager came in early and threw the hat in the garbage dumpster.
I had to root through multiple bags of subway trash to find it, which I did.
I am totally disappointed in the managers lack of respect for customer's property.

This place is a mess and very poorly run. Things are always out and this is the second time they weren’t ready to serve 30mins after opening.

The app is absolutely useless because it took my order. But it did not ask what kind of bread I wanted or what I wanted in it. As far as the traditional ingredients went and also what sauces I want and I just submitted the order when I arrived at your store. I was waiting but the person didn't ask me what I was ordering and she just gave me the wrong things. Totally wrong? Order the bread, none of the ingredients that I wanted, none of the sauces that I wanted, and I told her that bye, the app didn't ask me for any of that she was blaming me for not knowing how to use the app and giving me a very bad attitude and refusing to add any of the ingredients it's only when I pushed back and told her that I will submit. A feedback that she grudgingly, I agreed to add ingredients and was slamming things around and a very poor show of customer service. So I wanted to make sure that I leave this feedback and that it has given me a very bad impression of subway, which i've been a customer for over thirty five years.

i got a sandwich that had bacon, pepper jack, Jalapeño , black olives, banana peppers, mustard, mayo and baja chipotle. when i opened the sandwich after eating the other half, i noticed no cheese and the bacon wasnt even cooked after about 20-30 minutes eating it i started feeling nauseous i just thought it was my stomach settling but nope i am now sick from the sandwich. Thank you subway.

Terrible service ordered through the app for pick up. The sandwich few vegetable extra and few regular they missed out of vegetable and also instead of extra cheese there was no cheese to fix the things I’ve called them but they pretend like they don’t speak English so they can spare themselves from having to fix the issues.
Definitely would not suggest a pick up but still in person orders might not be a problem.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway recently. The franchise actively promotes the use of coupons, but when I visited the store, my valid coupon was denied without any explanation. The coupon clearly states that it is valid across the U.S. for a footlong meal with an additional $3, yet the store staff refused to accept it.
It’s frustrating to be misled this way, and I believe the store should be properly informed about the coupons being promoted. Better communication and consistency across locations are essential for a positive customer experience.
I would also like to mention that other lady who build the Subway was very polite and great but the one at billing was not service friendly and did not even tried it.
We also just learned while eating, bread is too hard to eat.

Worst order experience…NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ….they mess up your order on purpose and fail to replace it
I bought a chicken sub and the chicken came out raw.
The vegetables were in poor condition.
And the tables were dirty
