Terrible service ordered through the app for pick up. The sandwich few vegetable extra and few regular they missed out of vegetable and also instead of extra cheese there was no cheese to fix the things I’ve called them but they pretend like they don’t speak English so they can spare themselves from having to fix the issues.
Definitely would not suggest a pick up but still in person orders might not be a problem.
I had a disappointing experience at Subway recently. The franchise actively promotes the use of coupons, but when I visited the store, my valid coupon was denied without any explanation. The coupon clearly states that it is valid across the U.S. for a footlong meal with an additional $3, yet the store staff refused to accept it.
It’s frustrating to be misled this way, and I believe the store should be properly informed about the coupons being promoted. Better communication and consistency across locations are essential for a positive customer experience.
I would also like to mention that other lady who build the Subway was very polite and great but the one at billing was not service friendly and did not even tried it.
We also just learned while eating, bread is too hard to eat.

Worst order experience…NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ….they mess up your order on purpose and fail to replace it
I bought a chicken sub and the chicken came out raw.
The vegetables were in poor condition.
And the tables were dirty
This is the worst Subway ever!!! Even after submitting the order through the Subway APP they still screwed it up!. I picked up the order and after reaching home , 3 of the 5 sandwiches were messed up. I called them over the phone to let them know and the rude Hispanic lady who was working there kept arguing on the phone that there was no mistake. I told her I can send her a picture of them and she said there is no way for her to receive the photos and the only way for me to prove was bring them back. So I drove back again 15 mins and showed her the sandwiches and she completely changed her story and blamed it on the guy called Mahesh that he made them. When I confronted her that why she wouldn't believe on the phone she had nothing to say and didn't even bother apologize until I had to ask her to apologize to me. By the way they didn't have the Jalapeno bread and they decided to substitute it with whatever they felt like and also their oven wasn't working and they decided to microve my sandwisches. I hope the owner reads this and responds back if they have any courtesy left at all.
This store is very clean and the employees are friendly

I recently visited subway at this location and I was really impressed with the quality of the food and the customer service. The staff was friendly and took the time to customize my sandwich just the way I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was soft and perfectly toasted. I love how many options they have, from classic choices to new and exciting combinations. The restaurant was clean, and I didn’t have to wait long at all for my meal. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next sandwich!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location. The cashier was incredibly rude and dismissive. I ordered a combo meal that was clearly listed on the board with what was included, but when I pointed this out, the cashier simply stared at me and insisted that wasn’t the case without even bothering to turn around and check the sign. When I asked her to verify the information, she refused, stating she’d “check in the computer” but proceeded to add extra charges to my order instead.
The customer service was terrible—no greeting, no thank you, just a complete lack of professionalism. Even after pointing out the discrepancy, the cashier didn’t try to resolve the issue or provide an explanation, just charged me extra. I will never return to this location and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Good. I had a roast beef. Hardly any meat, all the subways has a new serving station. Before we could watch them add the meat and cheese ?. Now the area they add the condiments is what you can wash. Good luby
