Just when I thought this place couldn't get worse, we found an 6 inch sleeve of plastic in o
ur burrito today. I'm getting so tired of the slacking standards at this location but this is sickening and disgusting. I expect some sort response and a way to contact management about this becuase this is unacceptable. Get it together.

Door says close at 12 AM, but apparently that’s only the drive thru. New AI drive thru sucks, messed my order up and then employee never came to fix it, we finally just drove off, terrible place don’t recommend, and yes we where honking the horn as we left. :)

WOW! I thought I had died and gone to fast food heaven. The drive thru process was fast, I actually got a smile and a form of acknowledgement of my existence as a paying customer by the person working the window AND my order was correct! I also enjoyed the new AI technology at the speaker where I could clearly hear and understand what was taking my order. I do not know if I can handle having an experience like this at a fast food place, it is refreshing!

This is the dumbest experience Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. They are CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong every time I go. Tonight I pulled in (there was 1 other car about 2 mins after me) and we were all turned away. They said they were only taking mobile orders and uber eats because they were “understaffed” and “people wanted to go home”. Why wouldn’t you shut down mobile orders / uber eats and take care of the 3 cars you just turned away? Or if the situation was explained I’d be more than willing to wait longer. But how many mobile orders are you getting at 10pm on a Wednesday that you couldn’t serve the two families ready to give you money? Bad management altogether. Went to the one on Peachtree Parkway instead and it was great

Incredibly loud beeping from machines. They aren’t this loud at other locations. It’s clear management at this location wants to drive customers away from in store dining. Food and employees were great tho.

Not sure what happened to this place but the drive thru used to be great. Last two trips it took 30 minutes and 40 minutes to get through. Not sure if it's understaffed or if the employees just deprioritize drive thru orders now. Will have to find a different Taco Bell to order from.

just pulled up to the drive through at 11:06 pm on a saturday 9/7/24 trying to get food and they said they were only open to uber eats and door dash? no sure why is says 2 am on their google page. either the workers didn’t feel like making anything or the golgle page is way off.
