I don’t know the guys name that took my order, but he made my day today. I’ve been having the absolute worst day, and he told me he loved my smile. It’s little kindnesses like that, that will turn people’s days back right. The world needs more infectiously kind people like him.

The best drive threw experience that I have ever had. The guy in the window seemed so happy and excited to take my order and it actually made me so hyped to eat Taco Bell. And also the food was so yummy that my tummy said yippy #tacobellstan favorite part was when he said “all righty let’s go!” When taking my order. Best hype man around

I order taco bell alot and I like my food a certain way. I like no meat on Mexican pizza alot of sauce. It seems to never be right. Last Saturday I ordered two pizza they put red sauce not pizza sauce. I hate red sauce. That was the second time that weeks they messed it up. I called they kept hanging up in my face. I have never in my life seen customer service like this . They would pick up and hang up. When asked managers name she wouldn't tell me. I have emailed taco bell twice no reply. I've called the 1800 number no answer. It claims to be 24/7 but is not. I eat taco bell alot probably five days a week.i can't believe how I was treated

Kind of a mixed bag here. The food quality is good, I've never gotten a bad item from this location. The atmosphere is typical Taco Bell, nothing special, but it's clean and well kept.The one thing where it falls down is service. And it's not because of the employees, they're generally nice and do a good job. But the staffing is very hit or miss. Unless it's during the work day I now drive by and place a mobile order only after arriving in the parking lot and seeing them open, The problem is that the system will let you order and pay, even if there is no one at that location. Twice now I've arrived only to find the place dark. And we're not talking weird hours, once was 8am for breakfast, and the last was about 8:45pm. Both times the money was charged to my card, and it took them some time to figure it out and refund it. One thing I have noticed is that prices at this store are a good bit lower than the one a couple of miles away.
Bern trying vegetarian options, and they have a few that are not bad. I like the crunch wrap, but I substitute black brans for ground beef, and I enjoyed it without it hurting my stomach.Vegetarian options: I enjoyed it more than I thought I would
Food was fast and correct at drive thru. Sweet tea was amazing and the food was the best of any Taco Bell I've ever eaten at. Thank you to this Taco Bell. It's been a very long time since I have eaten any fast food where the service was great and the food was amazing.
