I was stuck in there mobile app line and couldn't get out because the line didnt move. I was sitting in their line for close to 30 mins before I could get out. Didn't get food. Wouldn't recommend this branch

The customer service is amazing! Yes it’s slow but when the employee realized she made sure I was taken care and that my food was being made asap. Night shift seems to be trying to pick up their paste more of these days. 6.5/10.

I’m not sure the problem, but this location has the worst service ever. From picking up my own orders and picking up DoorDash orders every single time you’re guaranteed to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes. It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 items or 10 it always seems to take about the same amount of time. I get it’s Taco Bell, and it’s not expected to be great service but when it’s been consistently this bad for several months if not years there’s a problem.

The cashier added additional food not requested. The inside has such little sitting it's ridiculous as well as being too cold to sit and enjoy your meal.

Ordered food around 2am went and got it around 15-20 minutes later and I only ordered 4 items and somehow they messed it all up. I ordered a bean burrito and all that was on it was shredded cheese and tons of onions and I ordered a cantina chicken burrito but instead of cantina chicken there’s was a cold chicken tender in my burrito. Needless to say I will NEVER order anything there again. I think there’s just a ton of lazy staff working at all times.

Placed an online order. Waited 15mins and then drove to pick it up. I show up and 2 employees were cuddling and making out in the parking lot outside the door. It’s 2am btw. I pull up to the speaker they said they were closed, they don’t close until 4am. I pull up to the window to ask how them how to cancel my online order and the worker was like, “nah dude we do the online orders. We’re open.” They start making the food and 15 mins later he comes back and stated, “man we are out of beans.” At this point I’m 15mins already waiting for 4 burritos, I just tell them to cancel my order. I will never go back to this location.

This Taco Bell has improved in the wait times for food and in food quality. I now enjoy eating here again. Good to see.
