Had to wait 30 minutes and drive through to get my food. The burrito looked half empty, felt like eating a flat tortilla, and was a Mexican pizza, very sloppy, did not close the box properly, as the pizza was sticking out of the box very sloppily and unprofessionally and very little portion in it I would never come back to this location wish I would’ve taken a picture posted here this place is disgusting

The door was locked 15 minutes before closing time. When we went through the drive thru, we were instructed to order on the app. She wouldn’t even take our order!! When we finally submitted our order, she then told us they didn’t even have one of the items we ordered. When they gave us the food, 3 items were missing and the box the Mexican pizza was in was not closed and fell out. It all took more than 20 minutes. The whole experience was horrible.

This place just opened and I can only say that my say my spouse and I were shocked at the seating, service ( awful) , and the amount of food you get for the overly expensive prices. Taco Bell use to be very affordable. It’s more expensive than any other fast food out there! The regular tacos had about a teaspoon of meat, we had to go up and complain. No one would come to the register- the service was just awful from the get go. Never going here again!

I went to the drive-thru. I ordered a doritos locos taco, cheesy gordita crunch, and nachos supreme dip with lots of mild sauce. After waiting at least 10 minutes just to get my order making me a little late for work I get back to my office and half the order is wrong. No nachos/dip and no mild sauce at all. Instead I have fried - which were disgusting - I could taste the grease - and just for fun the receipt says fries with a side of nacho sauce and there was no nacho sauce.... Horrible experience

Quit using AI. NO ONE WHATS TO TALK TO A DAMN MACHINE. same concept for a phone call know how aggravating it js just to want to talk to a person when you make a call. THIS IS NO DIFFERENT. After looking at the reviews should have known. Probably the worst location only secind to the old location not even 1000 feet from the old location

I went there with my baby I order 7 dollar luxebox. I am vegetarian I get everything veggies. When I open my crunchy tostada inside I saw bugs coming. I run so that guy he say sorry .then he ask my what to do .I feel frustrated bcoz early I order fries and fries also too much hard not even fresh so I just get money back .then ask you guys not give any free coupon or anything. She say sorry we don't have.i really don't like it. Me my baby so hungry but we didn't eat much.and unhappy with tacobell
So I was there a couple weeks ago and I had placed a mobile order for drive thru and I waited for about 10-15 minutes at the window. After waiting I finally got my food and when I looked at the bag I was that they have gave me a few coupons for a free taco but when I was looking at them I noticed that they were expired so I went today to see if they will still redeem them because they were the ones that gave it to me. Load and behold they didn’t the manager didn’t even want to do anything. So like what’s the point of giving me expired coupons if they don’t want to redeem it. As a manager you should be able to find a solution for your mistakes for giving out expired coupons.

That AI system they have messes up my order every single time and then when I pull up to the window the workers have the audacity to get angry when I try to correct them with my order saying “that’s not what she got” (speaking about the ai), yeahhh I get that’s not what a robot understood so it’s your job to fix the issue without giving attitude. This place is slowly turning into their last location. Girl at the window was moody and had an attitude. They didn't give me my cantina chicken combo but instead gave us two BEEF tacos we didn't order, and a container of cheese. The other tacos had MAYBE a tablespoon of meat on them.
