I hate the AI order taker. We waited 30 minutes in the drive through. The man at the drive through windows was nice. The inside was claustrophobic.

Being built in 30 days was the most impressive thing here. Immediately met with AI drive thru and like most big corporations they think it’s used to cut labor costs immediately. So you end up waiting 5-10 mins in a terribly slow line. I came here twice once in morning and once at night same both times. Hire a few more workers instead of pocketing that, and watch the reviews go up!

Both a regular customer and dasher at this store. This staff is consistently abysmal in their customer service. Had a lady straight-up ignore me tonight and give me the stink-eye when I simply asked about the order I was here to pick up. Many times I’ll wait for awhile for an order here, and then when I finally ask about it- it somehow magically appears. Not worth your time to come to this location.

This was the most unsatisfactory Taco Bell experience I have encountered. The food did not meet expectations in terms of taste. Specifically, the items were cold, and the four vegetarian Mexican pizzas we ordered had an unappetizing taste and aroma. I am quite surprised that we did not experience any illness as a result.
I love Taco Bell. This new location delivers on consistent food preparation and friendly staff. However, the building has very little seating and nowhere to wait for your togo orders. This leaves everyone awkwardly milling about waiting for their names to be called so they can get out of there. The building looks like a nightclub. I call it Disco Bell now.

Terrible got our entire order wrong. We ordered tacos with NO sour cream and every taco had sour cream. Also ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and I don't know what I got but it wasn't a beefy burrito.. plus our entire order was cold

I've been to the location twice. Once they failed to exclude certain ingredients..second time I was waiting forever in the drive thru, but did receive my order with accuracy. Cannot recommend this place if you want a quick bite. Expect to wait.

Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in literally forever because freedom parkway is always miserable. Decided to try the new one. Decided to try chicken tenders obviously should’ve known better. The flavor may not have been terrible if hadn’t been cooked to the texture of a bone. The one didn’t even have breading on it and it wasn’t just broken off in the box so it had to have been put in that way. So I tried to bite into one that had breading on it and I almost broke my jaw. I know im the idiot for getting chicken tenders at a Taco Bell but the last time I had Taco Bell I got really sick so I figured this was a safe way to go back into trusting the bell again.
