The food was old and just not appealing the crew were nice but one of the female managers were hitting there vape in the back I just think it’s a very unpleasant and very unprofessional and gross environment to be in there should be some sort of investigation on that place i swear it does more stuff behind the doors

I am a big Wendy's fan, normally. However, on 9/8/25 at 2150, I ordered 2 LG Chilli's, had to ask for the Chilli sauce, no crackers in my bag. Wife ordered a chicken Ceasar salad, no dressing, cold fries...I mean, I live 5 min away..my fingers have frostbite now from picking them up...there was nobody in line...not busy at all...NO EXCUSE!!! Lazy people who don't care about others...served by the manager to top it all off, he should know better... I have tried this particular location, numerous times...I'm done...they always get my order wrong or forget to give me essential items like uh oh yeah....salad dressing..this is bs for $30 dollars!!!

I came here to eat the food was great and hot and fresh. But the workers in the back kept saying curse words and made me and my friend repeat ourselves with children and people with mental disabilities in lobby. There was flys everywhere in the store. All tables wasn't wiped bathrooms weren't clean fountain drinks wasn't fresh it was just nasty here it's not friendly/kid safe

I have ordered spicy chicken sandwich today, and it was seriously undercooked, we are not satisfied at all, what if my kids would have that without checking and would have been food poison , please be reasponsible to give good quality and do not spoil the chain reputation😤😡

They're biggie bags always hit and never is missing anything. I haven't been inside one in years, but I did run inside this one for a sec to grab a bite to eat. The service was quick, the staff was friendly and the food was great.
I don't know why I bought it knowing I was going to be dissapointed. My favorite at fast food joints are french fries. These fries are old, cold, gross, and look like they may have tried to reheat them. The soda was gross 😝. This was my fault

It is hard to explain why 3 stars. I went at a time when it was slow - maybe that was it. Rather than say negative things, I will say this - the young guy at the register, Larry (I asked him his name), gets the 3 stars. Years ago when this Wendy's first opened, you could not find a better fast food place. Food was hot, people were on top of their game.Today was nothing like that. Again, thank you, Larry, for being a decent and responsible person.

Came here and received hands down the best customer service. There’s been a winter storm here the last few days and they were all so delightful and pleasant! I highly recommend every restaurant/fast food place takes notes from these guys. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. They will forever get my business because of how WONDERFUL they are!!!!!!
