Do not come here, at least, after 10pm. I ordered a mobile order around 10pm and it was only a burger combo. I pull up to the drive thru and they made me park in the mobile order pickup, they took at least 15 minutes to bring out the food and there was no one in line. Not to mention the medium fries I ordered were cold and stale and not even half full. If your going to take 15-20 min to give me my order at least let it be edible!

Order 2 apple pecan salads one with blue cheese and 1 without blue cheese and a large fry and 2 large cokes.well I got 2 salads with blue cheese .my mother is allergic to blue cheese large fry turned out to be medium fry fried chicken on salad was under cooked.the employees had no hair nets.shirt were not tucked in .air pods in employees ears.people touching their faces and not washing hands.where in the he'll did good customer service go

The worst fast food experience I have ever had. I was disrespected, ignored, and dismissed by the manager and staff. My Order was wrong and they refused to fix it. She said "Oh well." And I said "fine, I don't want the food. I want my money back." She waved me off and left. I sat at the window for several minutes and was completely ignored. The staff of 5, I COULD SEE, gathered by the fries and just would peek around to look to see if I left. Fo ally, after the 3rd are you ignoring me, the kid comes over and hands me a receipt and walked off. Absolutely absurd.

I dunno what people order when they go here, but I’ve been visiting this location once a month for years (every time I get a haircut basically).
Food is always fresh and consistent during lunch rush. Fries are always top notch.
Never had a single problem ordering food here and everyone is working is great!

Wanted dine in service. 3 staff members handling drive through. Person for dine in not there after inquiring twice. Critical thinking skills absent from 3 existing staff members in that couldn't they have taken our order? We were the only ones there. We left and won't be back.

Hey,This Wendy's is not professional.I ask for my drink with no ice. I gave my drink back so I notice it took her a while. I ask if she gave me a new cup. She said she dump the ice out with same cup. So I ask for a whole new cup. I notice she was smiling at the lemonade stand plus the lemonade machine look borderline empty no fresh lemonade available. The whole staff was staring at her while she was doing her job .So I ask for my money back the manager was around and immediately gave me my money back.I left the store and drove off passing the drive thru and the guy was staring hard at me.Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost especially if you are not white . They are racist !!!!!!Customer service is non to existent .
