This was by far the worst burger I've ever had. We got the bacon cheeseburger and the burger melt. They were so disgustingly sweet that neither of us could finish our food—and we're not the kind of people to leave scraps. The bread, patty, and bacon all tasted like they were glazed in sugar. It's been 4 hours and I still feel sick from it. The fries were mid. The only good part about our dining experience was the music. I don't understand why this restaurant chain was hyped up so much.

Waited almost 25 minutes for the food but was cold when I got the food, how do you make someone wait so long and the food still being cold?

Good food. Friendly staff. Family friendly. Only issue is getting in and out of the parking lot. The traffic is bad right there and the parking lot is by the traffic light and 4 way stop. It took us 15mins to leave the parking lot to get to the street.

Arrived 315PM no one at the cash register I counted at least six people around the back area one of them leaning against the counter just looking at me. Another one asked me if I’ve been helped and I said no! order was taken at approximately 3:27 long time to wait for fast food. French fries were great, but the Whataburger itself felt like they dumped the salt shaker on it too salty I guess I won’t be coming back to this Whataburger again!

This is the worst place to ever go to especially when a manager named valeriah is working she was the nastiest person I have ever spoke to just a very rude individual.
Usually do pick up using the app. Works out well. A little slow , not much, sometimes.

Just went through the drive through and order a bbq chicken tender sandwich with no cheese. They just gave me chicken tenders in bread with no sauce. They left out my onion rings also. Absurd for the 15 minute wait.
