The store manager basically hung up on me without answering my questions and I legit said why the heck u hung up on ur customer when im tryna ask a simple question the bad whataburger in town ngl if i was her boss she would had been fired bc manager supposed to be the top prier and kind to customers showing there employees how to be kind and taking care of the customers

Idk what’s with the low star rating there are a lot of needy entitled people in this area BUT I must say this is the best whataburger location hands down. The staff is always so friendly and you can tell they are working hard back there!

We usually enjoy Whataburger, but our last three evening visits at this location have been disappointing. On two occasions, there were multiple homeless men sitting and sleeping inside the dining area. We gave it a pass the first two times, but on our third visit last weekend, the homeless men were back again. We felt very unsafe and left before ordering. I hope management can address this so families feel safe dining inside.

Went here, ordered food, got our drinks and they were messed up and the cashier wouldn’t take them back, and told me I needed to throw them away myself, then we got new drinks but they weren’t the right ones, so we asked for the correct ones, then the lady at the register got mad and started yelling at me out the window that she was going to take my licenses plate number and call the cops and was yelling at people inside, and stuck her head out the window and was yelling bye to me and was waving like she was saying shoo. The most unprofessional service I have ever received. This restaurant instead of whataburger is now what a shame!

I am from East Cobb and wish they had a Whataburger near me. I am here visiting my mom in rehab and stopped at this restaurant. Other than the lady wanting to put cheese on my hamburger, I am perfectly satisfied with my meal. The burger was perfect and the fries were salty like I love them to be. Thank You for making my day. It’s been a rough week.

We came at lunch time... the burger and fries tasted like they were made at 10am. Cold, hard bun, onion rings were burnt and kids chicken tenders were absolute shit.... the ONLY pleasant part was the young man taking our order...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

100% tasteless. The burger looked as if it was cooked a week ago and placed in a pan waiting for a bun to place it on. I mean the only taste was from the onion and pickle. (Oh. The onion rings were overdone darn near burnt as well). This was my 2nd attempt in trying-to-like the place but it just needs to be closed.

Karyne B was amazing. We were struggling a little with the self order screen and she came over and offered to take our order herself. She got our order perfectly and she was so kind. She even came around while we were eating and checked on us. The food was delicious. 5 Stars! We will be back!
