“Always great wings. Today we had something missing from our order, while driver was en route, Azaria called to let us know about the missing fries and we were able to pick them up and she offered us an extra order and a brownie as an apology.
This is the correct way of handling customers. Azaria was professional and kind and apologetic. I could have gotten mad, but that wouldn’t have made the situation different. Just appreciated the extra effort in righting the error.
We need more employees like Azaria !“
