Food was terrible! I called in after placing a carryout order asking for the chicken to be well done and that was a hard task. Picked up food & was not impressed. Chicken had a weird texture and appeared old. Barely any sauce as well. Coke tasted bad and appears to be flat. The other location in Cumming is 10x better.

Manager is awesome. Amazing attention to detail... shouting customers orders by name and keeping you posted on an ETA. That woman knows how to run a kitchen. I will pass a couple wing spots just to make it here in the future. Highly recommend

We ordered through uber eats. We ordered wings and chicken tenders for my son. The box had a receipt on it that said tenders but contained wings. Unfortunately my son is younger and does not eat wings and was not able to have takeout with the rest of the family. I contacted corporate regarding the issue with no response. The location is fairly and we had been wanting to try it, as we have never had wingstop before. The first impression of the error and lack of response of response from wingstop will likely lead us to never return.
Update: Wingstop owner responded to my review asking to email directly, as you can see in the review. It has been over 2 weeks with no response to my email to them. Another example of incompetence by this business. It was obviously to make them look better on the poor review by acting like they care. Please take your business elsewhere.

Man, I love Wingstop. I order delivery at least 3-4 times a month. They have been phenomenal every single time until tonight. I ordered 10 bone in wings well done. When I got them, they were lukewarm and absolutely drowned in sauce. I was craving them tonight because I didn’t take the time to eat until I got home. Highly disappointed but since I was starving I choked them down. Because of their excellent track record before tonight, I’ll continue to order in the future but I hope this is not the new norm for this location.

I paid $53.00. Didn’t get all my food and cold. I call this place. They answer the phone, hello still talking to somebody else. So I wait someone else starts talking so I think she’s done so I start telling her and she starts talking again and so I thought she was done. Yes, I’m listening. don’t even know if she heard me correctly. The whole thing was just rude! And they wouldn’t remake my order and want me to come down 15 mins away so I can get my ten missing wings. My food to get colder and didn’t get to eat or eat with my family. Which I wouldn’t even got to eat with my family if I went and got my food. I will not be going back there. I am so mad I am shaking!
