When asked online if we wanted our order delivered at a specific time, we said yes and put in the time. Not only was that request not honored, the delivery was set on the doormat instead of up off the ground. Came home before the specified delivery time & found cold pizza on the ground. How nice. I know yall are overwhelmed by covid-related staffing problems, but this could have been easily prevented. 01/27/2022

Delivery time and driver we're a joke. Didn't get what I ordered. On shift manager rude. They were supposed to re-deliver what I ordered. Never did show up. Called and requested a refund. Still waiting on that refund. Will never purchase from them again. Very expensive for such poor service.

ordered a pizza a week ago it was 3hrs late they said would credit my account then when I ordered one tonight the credit was not there i had to speak to a supervisor he then told me my order was free then about an hour and 15 minutes later I got a call saying their only drivers car broke down that I would have to come out and pick up my order or cancel it I have 2 kids 1 is already asleep and one is still waiting on dinner i am furious with this place and will no longer order from here
