I was at the facility picking up a smoker for my brother. I was able to walk through the facility meet some of the people working there. The facility is top-notch the welders do some of the best work I've seen. Everybody I spoke to was very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. When I get the opportunity I think I will be back hopefully to pick one of those up for myself. I'm giving five stars because I feel like they care about the workmanship and the clients. Overall...
Here is my honest review of my pit, the 1975T.As far as the pit itself, nothing but positives.Its just like anything. Its only as good as you are. It keeps steady temps, built like a tank and cooks excellent tasting food if you know what you are doing.As far as ordering and wait times etc...you WILL wait.Quality is not cheap (but its a great value).It takes time to get your smoker (mine was about 8 months) and parts of your order (Cowboy Grill, cover etc.) may be on back order...BUT,...
