I stopped by the drive-through today and wanted to give a special shoutout to Sherry Foster. The food was Dairy Queen, nothing wrong with it, but Sherry was the part of the visit that really stood out.
She was polite, direct, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful. She even took the time to warn me that the onion rings were really hot so I wouldn’t burn myself. It was a small thing, but those little moments of kindness and consideration make a difference.
