If I could leave no stars I would. Every time we come here something is wrong. We used to love this location but unfortunately it has gone down hill. The amount of times we have made orders-online and in the drive thru and they have left out whole meals is astounding and quite frankly disappointing as someone who has worked in the food industry. The manager there is quite rude as well and assumed we were trying to “steal” a $10 sandwich that we paid for and brought in the receipt- it’s pretty easy to see the issue is the management and the QC there.

I literally hate when we have to come here, it’s the closet location to the house and my son loves the tenders. We ordered a Zac pack to feed 4 we thought 20 was enough and we only got 15. This is just annoying, something is always wrong

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Got home and took a bite and the entire thing was tough and tasted like gristle. Threw the meat away, ate the bread. The chicken they use has gotten worse over the last few months, but this was completely gross.

So sorry that I couldn’t give more stars, went thru the drive thru and order 3 meals the restaurant wasn’t busy at all placing the order was very smooth I had asked for ranch dip and ketchup my fault for not checking the order before driving off because when I got home no flat ware or ketchup such a small infraction that I shouldn’t be wasting my time to do the review , I feel like the order wasn’t complete and the slaw was not in a container so we had juice all in the bag and on the fries and chicken strips and bread , please take the time to complete the job with a little bit of care for your customers.

I made a curbside order on my way home. Took me 10 min to get there then checked in sat for 10 min hoping it was just due to them being busy. Went inside and my order was just sitting there. Very very cold.

Just spent $18 for some dry wings and got charged .25 for more sauce. Ok...
