Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

High price for fast food.

Just spent $18 for some dry wings and got charged .25 for more sauce. Ok...

They lock the doors 20 minutes before closing and take forever at the drive through.

The young lady taking orders was rude and impatient when I asked for a minute. Instead of “how can i help you?” She states, “go ahead.” Very rude and extremely dry. Then I get my food. I get home and realize the food is old, stale and the presentation is unacceptable. I call the Zaxby’s and request to speak with a manager. A young lady who sounds no older than 18 goes “you’re speaking to one.” She hesitates to give me her name and says it’s “Larissa.” I tell her my issue and that I’d like a refund. she proceeds to tell me that I cannot get a refund until Sunday when the actual manager will be there. I ask her for his name and she says she does not have to give that information. I told her that doesn’t make sense. She then states that I can call tomorrow and speak with the assistant GM. I ask for her name and she says again that she doesn’t have to give me that information. I ask her to explain to me how I am going to call and speak with someone in management if she doesn’t give me a name and she repeats that she doesn’t have to give me that information. I’ve been eating at Zaxby’s for years and never have I ever had such a horrible, unprofessional experience in my life! Whoever is managing this location needs to get their employees in line. Do better!!

This is a typical Zaxbys. The drive thru can take quite a while and the prices are higher than most fast food.
Their food is better eaten in the restaurant because it will be soggy by the time you get hope due to the moisture in the containers.
Their Zaxbys sauce is awesome.

yall made me wait for thirty minutes and didn’t give me what i ordered. burnt bread, soggy fries, no ranch, no zac sauce they gave me spicy zac sauce im white i don’t eat spicy stuff. give me back my money.

I honestly don’t know why I continue to think this place will improve each time I stop for lunch. The price goes up and the quality goes down continuously. Not only do they say “have your payment ready by the time you get to the window” but also basically throw your drink and cash back out the window in such a hurry. Then, after the rude and stressful human interaction at the window, they always demand you pull to the curb or a parking spot while you wait forever on your not-fresh/ lukewarm food. Im assuming corporate sees impeccable drive thru times for this location but reality is there are 4+ cars in parking spots and more lined down the curb, all waiting on food. The chicken tenders have gotten so tiny and come more like (and less than) nugget size, you hardly get any fries with any meal now, and they’ll likely always forget the extra sauce you paid an additional $0.25 each for. Really disappointed in the steady decline of quality of both food and service over the years at this location. As many times as I say “I’m never going back” I always make the mistake of thinking maybe they’ve improved since weeks have passed. Don’t recommend this location.

What's the point of having a drive through? If you're just gonna have somebody stay out there with a tablet before you can even see the menu and if you're gonna make them pull app after they've spoken with you at the window just to try and beat their time with ordering from a person and pulling up to a sidewalk. What's the difference between ordering from a box and getting your food at the window? Zaxby's is really falling off I hate to see this happen.

Chicken was a little on the smaller side so pieces would be juicy in parts and not in others. The sauce was okay. Nothing too special. Service was great and efficient. The restaurant was clean overall.
