Slow. Recently I was given the wrong size coleslaw and had to wait 20 minutes for a manager. They seemed very understaffed.

I was unfortunate enough to stop by and pick up a door dash here. The order was not ready and i politely asked the cashier for a cup of water. As i’m walking away the manager yells at me to come back and takes the cup away from me claiming i wasn’t a paying customer. It’s hot out and all i wanted was some water.

Always left to wait more than 20 minutes for curbside. Doesnt hurt anybody to walk 10 steps outside

This is a bad Zaxby’s.
They are slow. The toast is bad. The sweet tea is bad.

Ugh, the food was awful. The lemon pepper fingers were way too salty. And the fries, which were supposed to be large, were old and hard. What a letdown...for thirty bucks.

Tried the quesadilla. Pretty good but expensive.

Super dirty. Flies everywhere. No milkshake available. Much smaller quesadilla than the ones from other Zaxby’s. Poor customer service. Fries are also worse. I thought the whole point for a franchise is consistency. Very disappointed.

I arrived at Zaxby’s at 9:49 and I was behind a car that was ordering and the line was long and the car in front of me finished their order and they couldn’t move up because their SUV and the person that’s in front of them is an SUV as well I’m sitting there at 9:54 still did not get my order yet and then one of the team members came out stating that they are closed how is it that I’ve been sitting in line for 11 or 10 minutes but you guys cannot get to me instead made me sit there And coming out saying we are close worst service at least Chick-fil-A when they know they buy to close they put a rope around the last car they could at least put a cone

The chicken tenders are so thin, they cut them in half... literally the thickness of my fingers. Food wasn't fresh, seemed reheated and we ate in there so expected it hot since we waited a while...fries were luke warm and only 2 had seasoning, the soda machine ratios are off also. I tried 4 different flavors and none tasted right or good. I figured I couldn't go wrong with regular coke but it had too much carbonation so not even the drink was good....won't be back.

Cobb salad was great as usual. Service always excellent at this zaxbys. But chicken on sandwich was pitiful. Very thin and overcooked, it was hard.

Go through the drive through for lunch.
3 problem with what I ordered
1. Portion size. I paid 13$ for half a salad
2. Lettuce was wilted to shit, not to mention some where brown
3. Asked for ranch 3 times , got blue cheese....
Guessing we just get our lettuce out of the trash or just don't care. Thanks for a lack luster lunch

Great food, plenty of tenders on the kicked chicken sandwich and plenty of sauce. Fries were seasoned and order came out fast.

I’ve been here twice this week. Freshest, best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. Way to go guys. Seriously I’m pumped to come back here again, ha. Thank you!

I can always count on Zaxby's for a Great meal! It does not matter which one I stop at!!! Highly recommended!!!
