Whether I walk-in or drive-thru, ordering is quick and accurate. The employees at the window are always smiling and so pleasant. My go-to is the Asian Zensation Salad...so good!! Choice of fried or grilled chicken and the egg roll makes this salad the bomb! The Boneless Wings, with all the sauces and rubs to choose from, and crinkle fries can't be beat. You won't be disappointed.

i ordered a salad and almost all of the lettuce was wilted. this isnt the first time my lettuce has been wilted at zaxbys, but its normally not a lot so i tried to keep an open mind, but this just shows how uncaring they are about the food they give out.

I had a negative interaction with an employee on the phone after informing them they seemingly forgot to upgrade a fry to a large. I even confirmed the order before paying, but after leaving and opening everything, it still appeared wrong. This is not a big deal, but this was the 2nd time in a row this happened at Zaxby’s.
On principle, I’d like to receive what I pay for and ensure this doesn’t keep happening. After calling, the lady on the phone questioned my claim before finally condescendingly and dismissively saying something like “I’ll give you the 3 oz of fries next time you come through”. Suffice it to say this was ultimately a very negative experience.

Horrible experience with the manager Chrissy. I went back the next day after they had ruined my order the previous night, and because you know i have a job, and things to do i didn’t drive immediately back or called.
I was being so NICE too and just wanted my food remade because her not so smart coworker with glasses and nasty long brown hair (he’s a man but still should be a health violation & no hairnet)had already ruined my order the night before, i chose to relax and go back the next day being nice, and She’s immediately extremely condescending not apologetic at all telling me i “SHOULD HAVE CALLED” and was just extremely rude and passive aggressive. Sorry Chrissy if your home life is bad because you still work there but I just wanted to enjoy the actual meal I paid for. I shouldn’t have to CALL because YOU CANT MAKE AN ORDER RIGHT. I work in food service too extremely unprofessional of her.
