The food is dangerously inedible. This restaurant has gone downhill.

The wings were hard and crusty, and were maroon and grey on the inside. The chicken tenders were bubbling with grease so bad that the skin fell off.

The employees were friendly but obviously stressed from the amount of complaints they were receiving about the wait and food quality.

Consistently screwed up orders usually missing club cheese or bacon or wrong bread. Usually let it go until tonight went an hour before closing but it is an hour before. They had a car pulled up ahead of us at the register window then had us pulled over then pulled over the three cars behind us and had other cars already pulled into spots couldn’t keep any car straight kept coming up with the wrong order finally get the right one and it was still wrong after a 20 minute wait. Went inside to get the right sandwhich they literally didn’t care and it took 3 minutes magically to get the right sandwhich while they were still pulling cars into parking spots to keep down their drive thru times down. We’re officially done giving this place our business

The food is very good. The bad thing is that they charge you 25 cents each for the sauces.

For some reason the salads are much better in the restaurant than take out. I only live 2 miles away...

Ordered boneless wings today and seasoned fries. Asked for everything hot. Received hot fries only with barely any seasoning. Boneless wings were COLD and DRY mixed with a few white chicken pieces! Found a hair in one of them. When a customer says hot, do not ignore their request! Disappointing.

The food fresh and tasted great. I added some seasoning salt because I need more than what they put on the food. The only negative thing was the table was not properly wiped down. It was sticky to the touch. 9.9/10 would go back.

Good chicken. Great fries. Never enough seasoning, but I always ask for more. If you get a large drink, be prepared to double hand it. Large means large here.

I stopped in today during lunch and it was busy. I realize after I ordered I had made a mistake. The girl in the drive-through not only change my mistake, but was kind and helpful. Always impressed with the service at the Zaxby’s!
