Dacula Burger King is a joke and the Assistant Manager Rob has NO customer service at all. I do Door Dash and go to this store atleast once a day and I am never out of the store in less than 20 minutes. The food is never ready and the employees move like they are sleep walking. The Assistant Manager Rob told me to leave the store because I asked for his name and his managers name. He refused to give me any names and said he was calling the cops on me. The drive-thru was backed up, so I went inside to order my food to go. I got up to the register and the employee told me they could not serve me with no mask. I turned and looked behind me at the dining room full of people who are of course not wearing masks, because they're eating. So the diners can sit there for 15 or 20 minutes breathing all over each other, but I can't be mask-less for the 3 minutes it should take to order & receive my food. I will never go here again. Last time I was there they did not give me the 10 piece nuggets that I paid for at the drive thru. I called and some woman (who I thought was the manager) said to let them know the next time I came in and they'd give them to me. Well, I went there last night and the kid absolutely refused to give them to me. He told me they do not have any female managers (so I made it up???).
