Domino's Pizza in Dacula

“I picked up tonight as a quick dinner on the way home and it was ready fast. When I got home, however, the cheesesticks were totally burned and it was completely inedible. I called the restaurant, and the woman who answered the phone was very apologetic and explained that the oven was having an issue tonight and she didn't know that my order had been affected.

She offered to remake the order and was very kind, and I appreciated that. I didn't want to drive back up and she just refunded me, which was perfectly acceptable to me.

I'm posting the 5 star review because we all have issues at work beyond our control sometimes and the way she handled it was great. I always have good food from this location, nice and hot, except this time. She didn't make any excuses and offered to make it right immediately. Great customer service, and this will be my pizza place as always because I feel like this crew actually cares about my experience here. You don't really find that in pizza places nowadays.

“I actually order from this store by mistake (I usually order from winder) I didn't notice until I went to pick up my pizzas at the wrong place. Upon arrival they were very friendly!! Nice atmosphere, the pizza was good, I'll be going back for sure!“
