I placed a to go order and was charged 10 percent. The waitress explained that the new law requires a 10 percent charge and if not paid the boys in blue will show up. This is the craziest thing I ever heard. I will not be going back to this restaurant again or anybody I know.

This place is Great!! Everything about it exceeded my expectations. The staff is very polite they make you feel like family. Our server Michael was great and the food was beyond great!

Let me just say, if I could give Flavor town 100 stars I would!! The food is absolutely DELICIOUS and to top it off the service was amazing. Mike was so kind and professional. Best dine in experience I have had in a long time! WILL DEFINITELY BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER!

I called to place a to-go order and was told they were out of ribeye. I asked the person on the phone to please hold for a moment so I could check with my family about ordering something else — and she hung up.

One could think this is a coincidence, but this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. It’s hard to support small businesses when it feels like they don’t care whether you order from them or not. Good service goes a long way, and consistently, the person answering the phone has not provided that.

Everyone else at this business may be wonderful, but the repeated negative interactions over the phone make me hesitant to continue trying to support them, especially when that person is often the first impression customers receive.

Ms. Antoinette was so welcoming to our family with young children. She made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed! The food was cooked to perfection and the service great. This little spot in Dacula really felt like home. Would def reccomend if you u want some good soul food.

Amazing upscale take on comfort soul food. The collards, Henny yams, fried chicken and seafood are all legit. Our server, Mike, was super friendly and attentive. He helped steer our food choices and they didn’t disappoint. The added vibe of 90s R&B was a bonus. Highly recommend.

FlavorTown is the Bomb.Com. The food here is soo flavorful and delicious. Customer service is top tier. Micheal was a great sever, very nice and attentive. By far my favorite restaurant. It’s a 10 out of a 10 for me!

I’ve been to this establishment twice, both times the food was delicious. The staff is gracious and kind.

FlavorTown is the real deal! The food is always fresh and hot. The customer service is top-tier, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. The owners are so amazing and personable. What I love most is the nostalgic vibe, it takes me back to the good old days when food was simple, tasty, and made with care. A must-visit. I pray this business has much success!

I ordered the fried chicken, and it was crispy, flavorful. My fiancée tried the chicken linguine, and she absolutely loved it as well. The portions were generous, and although it was a bit pricier than we expected, the overall vibe and the friendly staff made it well worth it. Definitely a place we’ll return to!
