I read the reviews for this location and it appear to be that all the negative reviews were one to two years ago. previously I did have a negative experience but prior to that I used to enjoy Pizza Hut so I thought giving the reviews had been so long ago I decided to give them a try again. Food was good - pizza and pasta. However, I didn't know that it would be delivered by Door Dash. I wasn't told that before I placed my order for delivery. I was supposed to receive order in 20-30 minutes but it was closer to an hour. The delivery guy was Asian and didn't understand me when I asked him if he was staying warm?! Food was obviously cold when we received it. I am not sure I will order again unless I chose to pick it up myself????!!!!2nd experience was not good either....read full review
Manager was extremely nice even though there were over 10 of us waiting for the food. He said they are extremely understaffed which comes down to corporate not paying enough. Five stars for attitude, one star for the company.
