If I could give a 0 star I would they don’t greet you they make you wait over 15 mins for a coffee and on there phone wasting time mean while I arrived late waiting so long. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to

I came to order a drink, I was the only customer there. I Waited 5 minutes before asking if she was taking orders because I wasn’t greeted and she was turned around washing dishes. She turned around and said she was with an attitude and went back to rinsing dishes. A few minutes later she comes to the register. Still no greeting. I wanted a drink but refused it because why would I want someone with a nasty attitude making anything that I have to drink. I didn’t get her name but she has face tattoos and needs to work on her customer service. Especially when she’s running the stand alone.
The drinks here are full of ice and watered down. They clearly don’t know the term of light ice. This is the only location that charges $.50 a scoop for the dragon fruit infusion. We order from this Starbucks daily and they still haven’t gotten the orders correct yet. They always have to remake the drinks. It’s truly frustrating. It’s time to stop buying from them. I’m going to order the coconut milk and Dry dragon, fruit cubes on Amazon and make my own drinks From now on.

I ordered via a app a Matcha Latte with Foam, light ice.
My husband picked up for me, they run out of foam and so much ice. My husband waited to get refund for the Foam but it was so long he coundn’t wait.
Finally, I paid 8.11$ for a Matcha Latte no foam, full of ice and little of of matcha. I’m totally disappointed.

The decline is obvious. Has not been the same for some time and continues to decline over the past couple of years. Mobile order? No problem wait 20 mins + in drive thru or inside despite not being that busy. The food is not always fresh especially those protein boxes. Doesn’t matter the day or what time it always seems under staffed.

I go here a lot sadly hoping every time will be different .. I normally place online orders and my boyfriend gets them but we’re both on a time limit as to why mobile orders are placed and when one of us walks in and no one has even started them… 20 mins later… what are you doing?

Dear Starbucks,I love coming to you but not at this location.Last 3 visits were total waste of time.Kids working here are way too young to handle anything.The guy behind the counter never washes his hands doesnt matter he went away to throw the trash or brooming right in front of customers but no handwash.The girl with pink hair has some attitude problem.Saturday noon and they were all out of stuff.Upon asking that what is so wrong everytime things are unavailable the guy gave a lost smile to girl and she goes you know we are very popular brand so everything finishes very soon.OKAY we get it its popular but what does popular stores do.They serve and are well stocked.Never coming back here and wasting my time with these kids around!!

Staff works extremely slow. I went to this location in hopes of getting served faster than the main Starbucks on Dacula Rd. If you are in a rush don’t bother coming to this location.
