This is actually meant for the Auburn location but seeing as they are obviously hiding.......EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!Can only place an order online but truth is, YOU CAN'T. Will not allow order to go through.Will not even try again. Have been reading horrible reviews about this WH so my bad. THIS IS REALLY 0 STARS.

We visited Waffle House on Dacula Rd in Dacula on Christmas Day 12/25/2023. Our food was delicious and the server, Alieaster, did a great job. The juke box music was too loud so I sent a complaint directly to Waffle House website online. I was so impressed they called back and told me the jukebox had been turned down and hoped we would return. We went back 1/1/2024. The food was delicious & our server, Janet did a great job and yes, the juke box was turned down to the appropriate volume. I played all my favorite country music songs by George Strait!!! We had a lovely time. I want you to know they have increased the staff and they are all so friendly and ready to serve you. The place was spotless. I am so impressed how things have turned around for the best at this Waffle House location. We had stop going for a while to this location and we were so pleased when a friend told us we could go back now. They had hired all new staff...it's true. Great food & great service & the music volume just right on the jukebox.

Only have to put another star because service was good but I’ve tried to give this location 3 tries and each time my food is disappointing. Spent 26 dollars for burnt hashbrowns, burnt bacon, dry patty melt, overcooked waffles. I won’t be returning. My sister spent $34 & had the same experience.

To me everything was good but my husband said the egg wasn't all that good but I don't know it but mine tasted good.
Eat breakfast here with my son after his soccer tournament on the Dacula fields. Really nice waffle house, clean with friendly staff that makes sure the place keeps moving and the wait times are not too long!

Worst of the worst. 60% of the time I order the All Star they forget the waffle. It's in the picture on the menu. The entire business is built on waffles. Saturday my wife and I went to the one on 124 in Dacula and after the server mentioning twice he was getting my waffle he still forgot it. This morning a friend and I went in. I ordered tge All Star, this time the server forgot my waffle and sausage. My friend ordered gravy and biscuits with hash browns. When he finally got his the biscuit was frozen, never got his hash browns. I also ordered a Texas bacon egg and cheese melt to go. Upon inspecting it it was a bacon sausage sandwich. No egg. The manager apologized and made one for me then but when it was finished she slid it across the counter saying "here" in a very annoyed tone of voice. As I said this terrible service happens more than half the time. Going to find another breakfast place.
