Bad customer service. You try to support a black-owned restaurant but we don’t know how to treat our own people. The restaurant was empty, and from the time we walked in the server who greeted us had a bad attitude. From where we were seated to needing another cloth napkin to the remnants of a tag on the silverware.

Our first visit to Flavortown was shockingly disappointing, to put it mildly. Our young waitress provided exceptionally inattentive service, failing to mention specials and rarely checking on our table. Offering only fleeting, dismissive "are y'all good?" comments in passing as she walked by, leaving no real opportunity to respond.
