Picked up an order 2 days ago; spicy chicken meal. Chicken was cold and dry and fries were undercooked and container half full. Quality issues at this store - you guys owe me a meal!
So tired of you guy ripping us off in the drive thru
Not to mention tonight was slow and no straws!
It’s been bad for months at this location!
Manager is beyond rude. Screaming “pick something else” because she’s too lazy or incompetent to make the tea. Customer service is clearly not a priority. Horrible human being. Wendy’s should screen managers better than that.
