When a customer orders a zalad and states a dressing preference, it is ideal if the dressing is placed in the bag with the zalad. Eating utensils and napkins are preferred as well. We did not get any dressing, utensils, or napkins. It is really hard to eat a zalad without those important items.
Our experiences here are usually great, and if given the opportunity, I always rate them highly. Not today. We did a mobile order, gave our name at the speaker. Drove to window, the lady literally stuck our bag out the window without a word and was gone! Not hello, kiss my foot…nothing! Then my salad wasn’t full. Not to be picky, but I am willing to pay $10 for your salad-but not full, and cool chicken is not my fav. Just to share with owners-courtesy and freshness matter!
