Made reservations for Thanksgiving Lunch. Buffet style. Food was good but they ran out of turkey and dressing. Did I mention it was reservation only. Took 20 minutes to get turkey and another 20 minutes for the stuffing. Normally I like to eat my turkey and dressing with the sides. Just very bad preparations for a Buffet style meal with reservations. Was not worth the $50+tip. A disappointment for sure.

So we happened upon this place after being at Amicalola Falls. At first I didn't know what to make of it, but it turned out to be a very romantic surprise. When we walked in, we told the server 2 and she escorted us to this back room called the secret garden! It was just a place for couples! I thought that was a really cool thing to do! Our server was a boss; she had the entire room and didn't miss a step. The food was very delicious and you definitely got your moneys worth. The portion sizes were not small. I ordered the chicken tenders. So good a crispy and the fried chicken. We didn't know how we felt about the jalapeño gravy..best to put it on the side. Don't forget about the pretzel and beer cheese!😋. Next time we come we have got to try the Salmon and the ribeye steak.

The food is first class in both taste and presentation. We ordered the Grilled Meatloaf and Alfredo with Chicken and Penne. Both dishes were incredible. Then our dessert was apple strudel with ice cream. If someone had told us that the chef was from New York City and just wanted to live in northern hills of Georgia, I’d believe them.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was wheel chair accessible.

Really good food. A little pricey but that’s to be expected in a place that’s out of the way like this.
We stopped at this restaurant because we saw the menu online and the prices were reasonable and it says $10-$20 per person. Y’all that was a lie. The prices on the menu online were not the same as the menu in person. You may as well add $10 to what you see listed. We walked into the waiting area and looked into the dining area and the carpeting was held together with duck tape. The health rating is also an 86. We sat down at the table, but ended up leaving because the prices were too expensive for the environment we were in.

Perfect and magical end to a wonderful day in the North GA mountains! Get the brussels, fried chicken, and brownie bites! Relaxed, charming setting with very hard working and talented staff. My boyfriend and I hiked all the way up to The Top of the Falls at Amicolola. We were ready for a good dinner when we got back down and decided to give Hideaway a shot. We don't know the area. We thought we were in the wrong place at first but found it near the top of the hill. Such a cute setting, pleasant atmosphere. Reggie greeted us when we walked in and gave us the ins and outs. He's the chef and was also doubling as the greeter. Super friendly and welcoming. Felt like we knew him for years. He treated us like regulars. He took us to The Secret Garden, which is a quiet, intimate setting for smaller parties. Such a surprise and delight! Stephanie was a great waitress. She works her butt off and does a great job. We ordered brussel sprouts, stuffed mushroom, meatloaf, and fried chicken. And brownie bites for dessert. Everything was good and the brussels, fried chicken, and brownie bites were our faves. We didn't want to leave this property and wished we were staying the night!

We were so excited about dinner here. We went to the couple only section of the restaurant . The server was a bit too eager to share her whole life story with us , but she was pleasant. The food was not great for what we paid for it. It was so very, very expensive and it was food straight from the freezer . We ordered a pretzel, and it came out hard as a rock, and the beer cheese was sour. The pork chop had great flavor, but the mashed potatoes were instant, and the green beans were unseasoned. My husband order the salmon and it was just ok. The fish definitely was a frozen fish and a bit fishy .
