“My partner and I walked in here on a whim and were greeted by the most welcoming staff. The owner made me an off menu iced coconut chocolate that was heavenly. I can’t wait to go back and see them again, we felt so at home. And they showed us their other shop and we are already planning a day we can come for a feet soak.”

“I could not recommend this place enough for a wedding venue and for their themed brunches. They were so organized with our wedding, and we had some of our pickiest friends compliment the chef over how good the food was. i am just sad that we are in Seattle now and cannot get there for brunches.”

“My wife and I moved here in late February early March 2025. The Public House was the closest restaurant to where we moved, and when we didn’t have appliances, we started eating there almost every night. The staff is beyond wonderful. From Rob, the bartender who is enormously experienced and just a super guy, to Olivia and Abe and Alicia and Jade and Ryan and God knows we all love CJ the chef and Bobby, the dessert lady. I know I’ve missed some folks on here, but I wanna say that every member of the staff is awesome. The food? My wife and I have been eating there for 10 months and have not had a bad dish. That’s a pretty tough standard to meet. There’s really nothing I could add to improve on this restaurant. It’s become our second home. Give it a shot, you will not regret it.”

“A great Sunday afternoon. The owner is so nice, the beer was great and the property was stunning. They have a good variety of beer and seltzers. Fun facts, the property was featured on HomeTown by Chip and Joann. They also have 2 highland cows on property which is so fun.”

“The food was some of the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. I have a food already and the chef worked with me to prepare me a huge, beautiful plate of food. The server and chef were helpful and friendly, especially to an out of towner who didn't know how it worked.

I highly recommend checking this place out. Everything was so fresh and perfectly cooked. I am only in town four 4 days but I have every intention of making it back again before I leave.”

“I love The Dahlonega Social. It is easily my favorite coffee shop in Dahlonega. The coffee is always amazing, and their homemade syrups make every drink taste unique. I also love their dirty sodas for an afternoon pick me up.

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, perfect for studying or meeting friends. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.

“I've been to a few Waffle Houses, but this one felt really nice. The staff seemed genuinely happy to work there and we enjoyed their upbeat attitudes! They seem to be a great team! This location was very clean, and seemed very well organized. We're from out of town, but if we weren't, we would probably be regulars! Ha ha

“The service was attentive and exceptional. Our server, Beatrice, made excellent suggestions, which was important, being this was our first visit. The Zucchini and Carrot Soup, was an incredible start and the salads were fresh and refreshing. I had the Tuscan Salmon and Risotto, (image below) (oh and notice we sampled the food before taking the photos) the Salmon was cooked perfectly and the Risotto (the true test of any chef) was truly perfection. Ahhh then the desserts! Tiramisu was beyond expectations and the cannolis were perfect texture and a hint of cinnamon. Just like my uncle Tony used to make! We will be back! There are several items on this menu that are calling out to us. I can’t wait to try them. One will be the Ciopino!”

“We visited late on a Sunday 4pm. They close at 5 but we still got to enjoy a tasting. We really enjoyed the Cab Franc & the Cab Merlot blend. Very impressed that all grapes and wine are all from this vineyard as most in N GA source grapes from other regions. After visiting we agreed this is one of our top vineyard in Georgia. Service was great and even had the opportunity to meet with the owner/winemaker and listened to the passion she has for making excellent wines. Highly recommend!!”

“Pretty much the same as other Zaxby's locations. That's the beauty of franchised business model - you know what to expect. Service at this Zaxby's is better than most I've visited, and the location is pretty convenient to town, in my opinion.”

The only little issue is it can be a little bit slow to get food and if you place an order for takeout from an app, add 10-20 mins to the time. Worth the extra little wait though, always good food.”

“I had the pleasure of staying at the lodge for two nights during the recent ice storm. It was truly amazing. The reservationist Shelia and Keith made the process very easy. From arrival time to check out time the entire staff was accommodating and very friendly. Shirley Welch and her Daughter Freida made soups and brought in to the restaurant for guests to enjoy. The restaurant was closed during this time of bad weather and was limited on staff. Stan the innkeeper was wonderful. The hospitality shown during my stay was very much appreciated. Thank you all so very much.”

“Trattoria is a gem of an addition to Monaluce! Great food and service. Outside service is fabulous with a great fire pit. That being said, there is 1 negative that I hope they fix, or I will limit my visits. It's the wine cost and selection. Even at the finest restaurants in Atlanta 20 to 25 dollars per glass is ok for their finest wines. At Trattoria, their very mediocre wines, (was told a couple of them on the menu are grapes that they bring in), are 20-25 per glass. That, to me, is not a very good selling point. Expand your menu, add some NAPA wines, charge me 20 per glass and I will frequent Trattoria!”
