Such a cute coffee shop in a historic building! We love trying new spots for coffee and they are using a local roaster called Because Coffee, which we love! We tried some of their seasonal drinks and they are great and we will definitely be back. The atmosphere is perfect and relaxing and they have yummy pastries!
Dahlonega Social Coffee became my morning coffee spot while we were staying in Dahlonega, and I loved it!
It was less than a two-block walk from our villa, which made it perfect for my must-have morning coffee before I can properly function. 😂 The girls working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday were so sweet and friendly, and the coffee was really good!

Dahlonega Social Coffee and Wine Company has the coziest space and a welcoming atmosphere. The beans are really nice quality and the drinks are fantastic, from the best chai to the banana bread chai and a matcha that is so good. Staff are always very nice, sweet and willing to help, and the cashier is so sweet. There is a nice variety of syrups and you can make cold foam out of any flavor you want, everything was perfectly sweetened. The spot is an absolute must‑visit in Dahlonega Square, a fun place to relax, catch up with friends or enjoy a quiet moment with a great drink. Christian‑owned messages, Bible verses and sweet encouragements are written on lids/cups, spreading hope and light. Customers and UNG students love the space, the community feels involved and feedback is truly love. Recommend to anyone coming to Dahlonega.
