Pueblo's is a favorite for us on any night that we want to not cook at home, but be sure that we enjoy a really good meal. Tonight we actually ended up ordering the exact same dish, Fire Roasted Poblano with seafood! We usually consult with each other and get different meals and share a little; we both enjoyed it and I had enough left to bring home for a nice lunch for tomorrow. We used Pueblo's to cater our son's graduation party from UNG. The food was delicious, ready on time, and plentiful! Wonderful experience and we would highly recommend them!
