Great food and wine. Excellent service.
We had a wonderful evening at Montaluce. Our server Elijah was warm, attentive, happy to give recommendations, and never let the wineglass sit empty for too long. The food was fabulous, and the dining room, while fairly large, was quite cozy. Can’t wait to return.
Montaluce Winery was the perfect setting for our Galentine’s celebration! From the moment you arrive, the property transports you straight to Italy — breathtaking views, stunning architecture, and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and inviting.
Every single staff member was impeccably trained, incredibly friendly, and genuinely gracious. You can tell hospitality is taken seriously here, and it makes the entire experience feel special.
The wine was absolutely delicious, the food was amazing, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re planning a girls’ day, a date, or a special celebration, Montaluce Winery delivers on every level.
We can’t wait to come back!
The only reason why I am giving 2 and not 1 is because the employees on the wine side were so professional and kind. However the reason why I want to give this place a 1 is because of the restaurant side. My husband and I came into this establishment and sat at the bar. There were about 8 employees behind the bar and NOT ONE greeted us or assisted us. We sat there and made eye contact with them and they simply did not approach us. I have no clue why but it was giving racism. We got up to leave and requested to speak to the manager named Jay who was nice and asked if we could give it another try, we declined. However it was disappointing to experience this. I won’t be back
Always a nice place to visit.
We did the Valentine’s Day hike experience and it was amazing !
Our tour guide Jake did a great job.
Wine was good the views were beautiful and it was a great celebration.
Good Pizza and Friendly Staff
The staff was great they helped you with the dinner and wine. Thank you Sarah Pate for all your help.
This isn’t for my experience at the actual location but for my inquiry. I Called to get info, and idk how busy they may be and how many questions they may get but whoever answered was very short and quite rude when I asked about renting this venue for my wedding. Maybe I’m just in my fairytale of my wedding era but I was just expecting someone a little less attitude. This was my top on my list and now I have a sour taste in my mouth.
Enjoying the long weekend in pure gold. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Dahlonega offers stunning mountain vistas, roaring waterfalls and bubbling streams, and luxurious, Tuscan-inspired estate vineyards like Montaluce.

Beautiful property, and my burger and fries were good. 👍🏻
Excellent location and customer service, I feel that the food quality is not the same as a few years ago.
Montaluce winery is absolutely worth a visit. The views are stunning, the property is beautiful, and the wines are quite good. Definitely worth trying all of their wines and opting for a wine flight whenever you visit — it’s a great way to explore their offerings.
The Italian restaurant on-site serves tasty food — I enjoyed the pizza and pasta — but the pasta portion size felt quite small for the price, which made it feel a bit overpriced.
During fall and winter, the bonfire setup adds a very cozy and inviting touch, making the experience even more enjoyable.
There’s also an upstairs restaurant which looked decent, though I didn’t get a chance to try it this time.
Overall, definitely worth exploring for the wine, views, and overall experience.
The property is also a popular spot for photoshoots, and it’s easy to see why — it’s absolutely beautiful.
We had a wonderful dinner at Montaluce. The service was great, the wine delicious, and the food was definitely on point. We ordered the ribeye steak. Such a beautiful restaurant.
Beautiful scenery and we had a wonderful server Ethan! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Whole experience was top notch and we will absolutely be returning.
