This store every single day gets my order wrong or is always out of stuff. It is not just one person. It’s every employee. Rudest can be, Lady was talking to me for a second and then went to another customer and when I was replying to what she was asking me she’s like one moment I’m helping someone with the most sassy snarky voice, a second after asking me a question.

This location is really either hit or miss. I don't go too often, but it's really disappointing when I finally do and my drink isn't even right. First caramel macchiato I had here was one of the best I've ever had; next time I went, couldn't even take one sip. Last time I got a mocha cookie crumble, they didnt include the little crunchies and syrup on top which isn't the end of the world ofc, probably a result of them being outta stock of the stuff, but kinda disappointing. It's a Starbucks, so yk.

Waited 40 minutes for a drink and they forgot my order but at that point I had to leave and they wouldn’t refund me, had to contact customer service and they wouldn’t refund my card only gave me back Starbucks credit

Worker was very rude to me and told me to back away from the drinks when I was looking to see if they were ours and she said “They aren’t going to be yours if you just ordered” under her breath with an attitude and we just walked away.

Great place, great service, awesome coffee, horrible ambiance. Constantly playing loud obnoxious inescapable music that ruins any potential study atmosphere. If you don't bring your own headphones good luck.

The Sober Lieutenant (The Sober Lieutenant)
This is a really well run Starbucks location. Everyone is friendly and the service has always been excellent. Aside from that, there is a donation cup on the counter and the money is used to help local folks in need. I'm not trying to tell you to put money into the cup. For me, if I can afford a 5 dollar coffee, I can afford to drop a few bucks in there for a good cause.
Parking: Under 'what dishes do you recommend' for this review, it says 'popcorn'. Starbucks doesn't sell popcorn as far as I know.

Everything is good except the coffee. The taste or the flavor are not the same as the other Starbucks. Sometimes the same coffee is either too bland or too sweet. Even the basic Drinks are not the Starbucks taste. But the staff, atmosphere and everything else is good.
