Steak 'n Shake

Today, our hamburger bun was dry and stale, the chili was barely warm, the waitress kept forgetting little things. Not worth the trip there.

The restaurant was soooo nice nothing like mine at home in Ohio ,it was so clean and the service was wonderful, unlike mine in Hilliard Ohio where it is dirty and food on the floors,this restaurant was so clean

I happened to be passing by after a long day of working outside. I was still wearing my work clothes and had to wash up using their nice clean facilities before I even sat down. Kyle was very polite and friendly. He apologized for my wait (they were very busy and I didn't wait long) and made sure I got exactly what I ordered quite promptly which was especially awesome since I was really famished. The food was some of the best I have had at Steak and Shake. I will definitely come in again whenever I am in the area.

This place was wonderful when it first opened. But it is depressing how poor the service is now. Always low on staff. We have had wait staff who were amazing, and others who could care less. It takes forever to get your food when they're not busy and when they are, the kitchen screws up orders. Waitress was very polite to fix the mistakes though. I have ordered shakes to-go at the end of our meal on multiple occassions and had to wait 20 minutes or more because they brought them out to the table in the glass Sundae bowls. If you order shakes at night in the drive-thru you'll easily be waiting for 10-15 minutes for them to fill your order. Needs improvement.

They are a lot faster than they used to be. It usually takes about 4 minutes to get my food (it used to take about 20). I am glad to see they care more about speed now. The food is always great, no matter how long it takes.
