Undercooked bread! Brown and lifeless produce. Horrible sandwiches. They were out of over 15 items. This is either bad management or a blatant disregard for quality. I will NOT BE coming back. Horrible experience.

Customer service and attitude was poor.
This was by far the worst Subway food and service that I have ever encountered.
I am glad this is not my regular Subway.
Could not order using app because it was put that they were out of everything. They are having delivery issues. I guess the young man who dressed my sandwich was mad because he had to come out of the back room when more people came in behind me. He just threw my condiments on there - over salted and peppered my sandwich. I ordered an all American club and ended with a salt and pepper sandwich. The lettuce was wilted and brownish.
They would not honor any app discounts even though they accept them on the app - but you cannot order because they put they were out of everything for online ordering.

We stopped by this subway and their bathrooms were closed, and they had almost no options. There were out of various meats, most bread types, and almost all drinks. I was not told they didn’t have any drinks until after I had already bought a large drink. When my boyfriend ate his sandwich it tasted minty as if there was listeria strip in it. Inedible.

Ordered two sandwiches and two cookies. They didn't have the cookies we ordered, so they asked us which others we wanted but in a very rude way. All that just to get back home and realize they got our sandwiches completely wrong (mobile order). Neither were toasted, and mine had ranch and pickles on it. We checked the receipt and online order to make sure we didn't mess anything up, which we didn't. Mistakes happen, but combined with the rude service, this is very upsetting.UPDATE: Went back to correct it, and the employee admitted to doing it wrong knowingly. They seemed like they simply didn't care.

At 9:20 PM I attempted to swing by this Subway location in attempt to grab some food. However, with 3 employees working- there was no bread. I’m unsure why the owner would allow workers to just wait for the store to close considering they were unable to serve anyone the last hour. As a former subway worker, not having BREAD is a vital staple in the industry and should REALLY be addressed and, in general, just shouldn’t happen.

The First thing They Really Need some lights in the parking lot!!!It was a Monday night around 7:20 pmThere was only 2 people in line each of them ordered 3 footlongs . There was 3 employees working. The employee who was putting the toppings on the subs , was jerking her neck and body around like she was going to have a seizure. The employee at the register was talking to her boyfriend who was bringing her something to drink.When it was my turn in line it was already 7:45 pm ! Then more customers came and the employee asked the customer if any of her subs were going be meatballs and if so they didn’t have any! I’m local and I will not be going back there again!!! This location really gives Subway a bad name!!

It's a light and quick place to eat near UNG. It's friendly and offers more vegetables and meat with sauce than other Subways, which was nice!
I intend to visit again~
