Absolutely trash place, people and service. Stop in tonight to get my family dinner waiting in line to be helped go through the entire process of getting all of the sandwiches made just to be told at checkout they can’t Give change for a$100 bill now I would understand if there were signs up at the door That say they have no change. I probably wouldn’t be mad but nothing anywhere saying they have no change to give a customer so I spent 20 minutes waiting in line and for my food to be made just to get told sorry Our Drawer is too low we can’t help you. The young kid Ryan at the counter was extremely rude and told me I could try the gas station across the street while having both of his AirPods in his ears, listening to music. I now see why this place has a 3 1/2 star rating. The owner does absolutely nothing to change the crapy establishment he or she has

Try to order 2 subs on Sunday at 5:30 pm and the guy told me I can only order one sub, two would be considered catering and he cannot do that!!! I ordered at Roosters and picked some delicious food up at their restaurant! Forget about that Subway???

At 7.30pm on Monday this restaurant does not have multigrain bread, spinach, buffalo sauce and wraps for foot long dips or other wraps. They don't serve veg patties. They put the chicken in protein bowl with heating it, they don't even ask, when I asked they said they can't do bcz they already have put it in the bowl. The quantity of chicken they gave in sandwiches and protein bowl is just couple spoons. Finally they don't even have lids to close protein bowl. Wow!

Vegetarian options: No veg patties, no spinach, no buffalo sauce, no multigrain

Very disappointing visit to this subway.
Me and my wife ordered a bacon, lettuce, tomato sub footlong. Got home opened the sandwiches up and there was literally only one pc of bacon about 6 inches long and it was so thin the bread had almost absorbed the bacon, I kid you not and I really looked in disbelief 1pc of bacon 6inches long on a 12inch long sandwich!!! very disappointed $16 for lettuce and tomato sandwiches!!!!!!

Save yourself the trouble and choose any other subway. And NEVER order online. It’ll tell you it’s ready. You get there it’s not and they’re out of something. This has happened 3x now and I’m never going back. This time out of meatballs, out of cookies, out of pizza but told me my order was ready for pickup but only 1/3 sandwiches were actually ready. They were out of other things to make my order. They need to pay attention/fix their online order system to be accurate. And call people if it’ll be longer/they run out of things.

some little rodent named Brian is being rude to all of the customers that come in there. I was in there and I witnessed him ask a single mother and her two children if they were nervous. I’ve heard this is not the first time he has done this, and I doubt it will be the last. what a reprehensible way to treat your customer base. I would have reprimanded him myself if I did not have to go back to work.

I've been here 7-8 times and consistently it's a let down , there's either rude staff like today or there out of ingredients, today the staff was rude and disrespectful and they didn't have pepper ? they didn't have parmesan cheese either but I can understand that but pepper ? Last time it was ham and the time before it was bread it's always something I even second guessed my wife and said are you sure you want that subway? Like she didn't remember every other time and she said I'm sure it'll be fine , yeah right! go to waffle House this place sucks!
