Stopped in for a couple of sandwiches, chips, two drinks and some cookies. ,$35 later we decided that it was too expensive for us. Probably won't be back even though we only live about 6 miles away.

Very poor attitude, rolling eyes at customers and slamming the oven door. Very unprofessional and talking about work place drama to customers. As well as pulling at her pants and then proceeding to touch the food with the same gloves on. This is the long branch subway in Dahlonega GA.

This is the worst subway I have ever visited. There was a sign posted at the counter saying how many ingredients they were out of which included tuna,roast beef, pickles, wheat bread, mozzarella cheese and lots more. Then the only breads they had was white and cheese. But that's not all..they had no quarters for change and no bags to carry your meal. Then when we went to get a drink...no tea and 2 of the fountain drinks were out of order. Won't waste my time at subway anymore.

This subway needs to find new employees. A young man starting serving me then gave it to another girl that worked there. My problem she just came out the bathroom and didn't wash her hands. Then she threw enough pepper on my sandwich that would make me choke. Then she ask another young male to finish the sandwich. It took three people to make a dang sandwich. The whole time she complaining the youngest worker wasn't doing anything. I told her cancel my order and walked out. Service is a big part of your job. If you have a nasty additude when you serve a customer they will not like to be served. You should treat people with respect and take interest in how you serve others. Courtesy is everything! Get a clue?.

Pretty good this time. Not normally a fan of subway. Normally used to cheap flavorless meat but this time it was pretty ok. Guess they have made some improvements since the last time I ate at one a year ago. But they do still seem a little over priced.

No "hi" or eye contact...just "you ready?!"While eating we watched one young girl struggling to provide service to several people in line while the other 2 employees were in the back laughing and talking. She even called out to them for help and they ignored her. I guess good customer service is an option and not the norm anymore at this location.

subway posted a free sandwich deal on instagram and got the sandwich made and the rude girl at the register refused to accept the deal when I showed it to her from subways social media.
Wish I could give them a zero. I have never had a sandwich this bad. The bread was so stale and hard that oi couldn’t even begin to bite into it. There were only six slices of meat on it all piled up on one end of the bread. Subway’s recipe is 12 slices. I used to Manage a Subway and if any of my employees served a sandwich like that I would have been horrified and so would the owner.When I pulled up the door was locked with a sign on the door saying they would be closed for the next hour. An employee did come to the door and let me in. He said that they were closed so they could restock. If they were so busy that they had to close to restock then there is no reason for the bread to have been hard as a brick.It’s to bad that there service was so bad. They are the closet store to me and I drove 5 miles to get there because I had really wanted Subway. Never again…I’ll just go to Firehouse or Jersey Mikes right down the street.

I normally don't leave reviews but I've recently found myself at this subway quite often for lunch, as it is in a rural area and there aren't many options. I noticed the poor reviews and decided to chime in because it's been nothing but great. The restaurant is clean and nice, food service area is well kept. There are several young women working during the lunch hours- they are all pleasent, efficient and seem to work well together. No complaints here about the location, staff or food.
