We went on a Sunday morning and the staff was phenomenal. They had everything well organized and efficient even though it was pretty busy. We received our food in no time and it was well cooked. Great job

The staff were horribly behaved. The hashbrowns were undercooked. The bacon was overcooked to where it was so hard. 30 minutes for our to-go order. Which is absolutely unacceptable. Multiple people ordered their to-go order after us and got theirs before us- ours was one small meal. And the tea is stale, and no Tabasco sauce ever. The staff needs to be more efficient and behave more professionally.

Ordered two All Star special breakfast platters to go and when I got home and checked the bag was only one of them in the bag and was charged 10% on it as well only to get half of my order and when I tried to call them to tell them about it I get an automated message about placing an order and that's it wasn't even able to speak to a person that works there!! Very unhappy about this my suggestion is don't go on the weekends cause they are so busy that they can't even get your order right!😡
Charging people a 10% to go is wild. Imagine instead of of saying thanks for not stretching our already over worked employees to clean more. Wild I say!!

Get a copy of your receipt and double check that everything matches up. I declined a copy and saw later that someone elected to double the original tip that I left! It wasn't a mistake, and if I had keyed in an additional number then the "new" total would not have been exactly double the tip amount. Disgusted. The food was great, but I'm not thrilled about the theft. Will be leaving a corporate complaint. It's not a life changing amount, but it's the principal of it. I doubt that it was a coincidence that I declined a copy of the receipt and then got my purchase total increased to double my tip amount. Smh
