Went on a Thursday afternoon when it wasn't too busy. Our server was named N8 (badass name btw) and he did a great job getting everything we needed, very quickly at that. He put whipped cream smiley faces on me and my friends waffles, a true example of going above and beyond the call of duty. He was fantastic and I truly believe he deserves a promotion. Other than that the food was amazing and the atmosphere was well, Waffle House.

Food was ok I liked that the waffle makers were actually clean unlike other waffle houses I’ve visited but our waitress Daffney was RUDE! She rushed us and gave us attitude. I have been in places where the food ain’t all that but the service was decent but here our waitress was completely rude.

They have got to be the worst store ever to get fresh CORRECT ORDERS EVERY TIME I GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO SEE IF THEY HAVE SOMEONE WHO CAN LISTEN AND READ THEY SEEM TO FIND A WAY TO MESS IT UP EVEN MORE THAN THE TIME BEFORE. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK NOR WILL I EVER SUGGEST SOMEONE WORK FOR THAT STORE PERSONALLY BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND WANT TO GET MAD WHEN THEY CALL SOMEONE IN TO HELP FOR A FEW HOURS BUT ARE TOLD SURE BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL MY LAUNDRY IS DONE SINCE UNIFORM IS IN WASHER THAT WAS LITERALLY JUST STARTED LID DROPPED CLOSE WHEN CALL WAS RECEIVED FOR HELP . THEY ARE LIERS AND DONT TRWAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. AND ALSO IVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HEARD THAT IT BE OK FOR ANOTHER SERVER TO COLLECT A TIP ON TABLE FOR THE SERVER WHO ACTUALLY WAITED ON CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE THEY CLEANED THAT TABLE FOR OTHER SERVER ITS NOT RIGHT AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT STORE !!!!!!!!!!! ID GIVE NO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION HONESTLY!!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had.....got there an you can't even walk in then I ask for condiments an she says their already in the bag smh there was NONE cept fork package no syrup no butter bo salt or pepper cept what was in package I was missing my waffle like what the heck? It's not like they were even busy then with the ap you have no choice but to give a tip smh never again

This location never has the heat on it is always freezing cold inside and has been for the past 15 years that we have been going. When you ask if they have heat they say they are not allowed to turn on. People are nice but it isn’t enjoyable to eat while freezing. Also it’s 41 degrees outside and AC is
they really have done a 360 on this place new staff. A great staff really changes everything we will be back.

We love our local Waffle House here in Dahlonega. Ms. Jessica is especially kind and accommodating. When we walked in tonight it wasn’t too busy and the crew was so friendly.
