Was a great experience the food was served extremely hot. The staff is very friendly. I was pleased to get to speak with the manager who helped me greatly

Very disappointed in my experience. I am used to coming to Wendy’s and receiving Wendy’s quality food and service, however the manager who proudly identified himself as Hunter ensured that I will never be back. He called me a homophobic slur under his breath when he handed me my food and thought I couldn’t hear him. Wendy’s needs to do a better job of hiring people who respect their customers and it is especially disturbing that this prejudiced behavior is being perpetuated by someone IN CHARGE OF OTHERS, MINORS INCLUDED.

Guy on the fries was eating fries as I was ordering he did this 3times i asked for fresh fries and received but that is digusting and should never happen ever!!!

Very friendly staff and clean area outside. Burger wasn't that great compared to other locations. I did not finish it. The patties and bacon should've been cooked longer.

I will say that I ordered through app which the third party is door dash and the time it took to get to me isn't wendys fault, however the food and quality of the food I received was amazing . All tasted good. And hot considering the distance. Will definitely order again.

I ordered my free chicken sandwich from T-Mobile online on 3/4/25. Let’s start with the bad—this was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. It was no better than a frozen chicken patty from the grocery store that you could make at home. All it consisted of was a thin, frozen chicken patty on a bun with barely any lettuce or tomato.
Was this the fault of this location? Probably not. The real issue lies with Wendy’s choice of chicken, ingredients, and quality control. The sandwich was priced at $5.99 😳, but honestly, it belonged on the $1 dollar menu at best—if that even still exists.
The food was ready when I arrived and I was greeted as entering the restaurant :)
Note to self: NEVER order a chicken sandwich from Wendy’s again!
Needs a better headset can’t hear customer when they ordering
Came in especially to try the new Carmel Frosty. Did NOT like it and asked for it to be replaced with a regular chocolate. This created two discussions and a manager who approved of switch. However, we were told they would only do it once because they would have to “eat the cost” of the disposed Carmel one. It should be a given that there will be customers who don’t like new products. Maybe you should offer taste tests if its going be such a cost problem. Customers should come first.
