Fish tacos were way too salty. Cream shrimp pasta was ok but shrimp should never be breaded in a pasta dish. I hope this helps the owner to step up the quality.

I’m a big fan of fried green tomatoes, try them everywhere I go. This was fresh new spin on a classic! The grouper sandwich was served hot, the sauce on the sandwich was also delicious with just a little kick. We’d love to visit Yahoola again next time we’re passing through Dahlonega!

Leah Kate was our vendor for an event of over 120+ people. She provided excellent service, great staff, amazing drinks, all for a great price. Everything was organized, ran smoothly and she was great with communication. I highly recommend Yahoola Creek Grill for any event if you are looking for an amazing Vendor.

We were a big group of 10. We came in around 5:30pm and immediately we received a very warm welcome and a couple of servers jumped in to make a table work for our big group. The service was really the best. We constantly got drinks refilled and our orders were taken really fast. We appreciated the fast and very attentive service we received. Nothing was too great or too simple for our server. Not even how to pronounce the name of the restaurant. Our food was great. The portions were very filling! The food was super tasty. I would definitely go back. The restaurant is not in the downtown but it is worth the trip. Im glad we chose it.

We came with a group of 10 all with varying kinds of appetites. We had some fried green tomatoes for hors d’oeuvres that were the best I’ve ever had as they were drizzled with barbecue sauce and blue cheese, I think.Everyone ordered different plates. I had a burger others had salmon or chicken, but everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

Rude staff. You had better not make any complaints about your food here. The staff didn't hesitate to cut up our food and bring it back to the table to explain how wrong we were about it. Wow. I've never had something like that happen in my life. My wife and I decided to try this place out because the other restaurants in the area had a long wait time to be seated, but this place was fairly dead. Now I know why.

Friendly and knowledgeable waiters. Service was great. Cocktails were excellent. Nice atmosphere and great food presentation. Fried green tomatoes were ok. Mystery mushy fish tacos were neither blackened nor fried. Cajun pasta was cooked just right with light flavorful creamy sauce but way over salted. Menu prices are very reasonable if dishes had met average expectations.

We just hosted a rehearsal dinner at Yahoola. Everyone is complimenting the food, the private room and it was a beautiful evening!I want to thank Leah for coordinating with me. She kept me on target and gave me the reminders I needed. Back of house did a great job with the food, and I want to give a special shoutout to our bartender, Taylor, who wore many hats this evening. I would highly recommend Yahoola for your special event needs.

I would give negative stars if it were possible! I cannot believe how we were just treated at this establishment. No wonder the tables were empty on a Friday night when every other restaurant in town had a 2 hour wait-list. Unsurprising, if the owners allow staff to treat customers the way that they do! Never in my life have I been forcefully shamed by my server for sending an inedible plate of food back. Then, I got loudly mocked by the same employee that humiliated our waitress (Callie, I'm so sorry, you tried so hard!!! shame on them!) All I can say is that the signature dish - Chicken Parmesan was delivered with completely inedible chicken. since the entree was room temp, I maybe mistakenly assumed it was undercooked, the other possibility was that it was made from a rubber chicken or possibly shoe leather! I even had my spouse attempt to sample several bites, as I had, for confirmation. But the staff decided to shame me for sending back chicken that I couldn't even chew through (who does that???). I ended getting loudly mocked for declining a remake, which I did very politely. That did nothing to stop another employee from coming out to mock and shame me (not excellent customer service skills!) Female employee loudly yelled, "Well, she is certainly a treat!" to which I admittedly replied, "It's now no surprise why this restaurant is totally empty!" We both left hungry, while the aforementioned employee was still loudly making disparaging remarks. Our own waitress as well as the male host seemed super embarrassed.Additionally, the glassware was unbelievably filthy! The water glasses were opaque with dirt and filmy with unrecognizable items floating in them. Super gross.

This was one of the best meals I've ever had. I've traveled extensively and had many great meals but the Chicken and Waffles here was right up there with the best. The combination of the savory fried chicken and andouille sausage paired with the sweet waffle and syrup made each bite excellent. I will definitely go there again.

Simply, the best food in Dahlonega. Never a bad meal--consistently cooked properly and delicious. Chef Nick is on top of his game and always creative. I highly recommend YCG!
