Suxbys has really gone downhill. 15 years ago, it was really good. The chicken today is frozen, there's no more celery with wings amongst other things. There's far better chicken places now

Pretty much the same as other Zaxby's locations. That's the beauty of franchised business model - you know what to expect. Service at this Zaxby's is better than most I've visited, and the location is pretty convenient to town, in my opinion.

Between Miss Sophie at the order station and the lovely Hispanic woman at the window, these ladies (and those in the back) had my food placed and out in less than 10 actual seconds after ordering! Hot and fresh!
