This is one of the best local restaurants in dahlonega. The ramen is delicious the gyoza is top notch, and the vampire sauce is a must try. I always leave this place full and content. It won’t be long before this place is packed every night. The portions are large and filling and the prices are among the best in town. The staff and owner are very kind and friendly. This place is guaranteed to satisfy your hunger and leave you excited for your next visit.
Decided to stop in before driving back home.... what a delightful lil place. Servers were all super helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. Everything was prepared perfectly and served right away! As an appetizer we ordered Goyoza ( we had eaten 2 already!) My other half ordered Tonkotsu king and Dragonfly Thai Tea Boba. While I ordered Tonkotsu Chicken with Mango Boba Tea (minus the Boba 🤣). The servers both checked on us at various times. The owner also came by to check on each of the patrons at this quaint lil restaurant. Pictured below are the dishes we ordered.

The Tonkotsu ramen with the bbq chicken, extra spice level, garlic slices, and purple onions was delicious. The broth was perfection in a bowl. Added extra sriracha for an extra kick.
My husband enjoyed his with the fried chicken. He literally raved about it the entire meal lol.
We had an awesome waiter Kelli. Abby was helpful with recommendations. Tom (looks like the head chef) even visited each table.
Talk about awesome customer service!
Bonus points - the clean bathrooms were a plus!

This was a great place to come upon! Who would have thought we’d get some of the best ramen we’ve ever tasted in a small Georgia town? We also ordered the fried shrimp bento box and the shrimp was so delicious! Even with a sign that apologized for delayed service due to short staff, we were greeted, seated, and served quickly. We also got to meet the chef! Very nice man who wanted to make sure we were pleased with our meal. We were delighted to be able to express to him how much we enjoyed it! This is a great stop for a great meal in Dahlonaga!
We had Kera as our server on her very first night of working here! She was delightful, attentive, and funny. Awesome new hire! The food was excellent. The chicken katsu was our favorite part and the sauce was to die for!

The food here is absolutely delicious and I definitely would come back to eat however the girl (Abi) who was our waitress was below average. The guy who was serving the table next to us took care of us the entire time because Abi was to busy talking to her friend sitting at the bar. The only time she came to check on us was after the guy had already refilled our drinks and had check on us multiple times and then she returned after he had already checked us out to take our plates. I’m not sure of the guys name but very grateful he was there or we would have just been ignored and forgotten. If not for him I would have left 2 stars due to her lack of service.

The food here is amazing. When my husband and I arrived, the staff at the counter greeted us and said she’d be with us after bagging up some delivery orders. There was a sign on the wall apologizing for being short-staffed. There appeared to be some confusion about who was seating us and/or where we were to be seated. The staff appeared to be a little disorganized. However, once we were seated, the service was great.

We skipped the busy restaurants around the square and found this place. Delicious and nutritious ramen soup that took my cold winter shivers away. It is not your typical southern food, but since we did that already THIS was a delicious choice. Staff was very friendly. Definitely in the list of favorites when we visit the area.
Very nice place, great menu, reasonable prices, friendly staff, informative walls and pleasant decoration with warm cozy lightning. Very organized and clean kitchen. The ramen I ordered was one of the best I tried in US. Very authentic and balanced taste was just perfect and very satisfying.
