Wow this icecream is good, I got my dog a vanilla cone and ended up eating a bite of it cause it was good and cream, very good.Then I got the strawberry cheesecake, whole molly that is delicious, it's better than cold stone creamery's cheesecake ice cream, I even got some more to take it home. I don't plan on going anywhere else now

I wanted to share my experience visiting “Bala Ice Cream” off hwy 61 north in Dallas.The shop is clean and well lit. Inspection score was excellent. Menu boards were easy to read and everything was priced. My pet peeve is seeing menu items without prices! Staff was super friendly and never rushed us, they even offered samples!They have excellent ice cream, but for me the shaved ice was the real surprise! Not to be confused with Sno-Cones (which they also sell), shaved ice is a frozen flavored milk based mixture. It’s frozen into a large cylinder that’s shaved to order. I had the rainbow version, with several flavors combined. Fluffy ribbons of mild light flavor! It’s topped with your choice (so many options!) of real fruit purée syrup.We are so excited to have this shop right around the corner, and can’t wait to try more flavors!

adorable shop!! the lady working there was very sweet. we got the thai bubble tea with tapioca & coffee milk tea with tapioca. they were both delicious!! i would definitely recommend & come again!!
