Intelligentsia serves the best coffee we have found inTX. It's not as good as some of the TX artisan coffee establishments but it is far better than average if you seriously love coffee. We have been to the Pasadena and Venice locations several times. Each espresso beverage is carefully prepared, resulting in a fresh, aromatic, artfully served product. Depending on your luck that day, the staff can be anything from exceptionally friendly to somewhat stuck up. Ignore the attitude when it's bad, because the coffee is still great.

Shelley made delicious, fresh, custom cookies for my Daughter's bridal shower. The theme was Taco 'bout Love. She designed exquisite, adorable cookies! They were a huge hit! Each one was intricately designed with bright colors and individually wrapped. They were a huge hit of the shower! My daughter and I loved them so much that we wanted Shelley to make her cookie wedding favors. She designed them, custom labeled and wrapped each one beautifully. Then she shipped them to Colorado to my daughter. Not a single one of the nearly 170 cookies were broken! They were also a hit at the wedding! I have also tasted her cupcakes, cakes, and candies!! I HIGHLY recommend anything that Shelley makes! Truly a talent and professional! Your event will be made more elegant with any Shelley creation!!

I have never had a cake pop that I could eat in it's entirety, however, these were delicious through and through! They were crafted with expert detail and even included little tails! The chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with whipped cream cheese frosting were light and fluffy. The frosting was spot on! The smash cake was adorned with a sugar sculpted elephant topper and tasted phenomenal (Mommy and Daddy may have finished it off...) Our guests were truly impressed and the kids were crazy about the cake pops! My family are Bite Me Bakery customers for life!!

I highly recommend Bite Me Bakery. For Christmas I ordered a dozen of the Mickey Mouse themed cookies, butterscotch truffles and two cakes. The cookies were beautiful and the truffles melted in your mouth. The stars of the show were the two white chocolate, red velvet, cheesecake cakes. Three great things together in one cake, and each part tasted better than the last. It is extremely rare that a bakery's products taste as good, or better, as they look, but Bite Me Bakery manages it every time.
