7/9/25. 6:30 pm. Long story short, We ordered a Whopper meal and was advised by the manager there was no Whopper meat. A drink had been spilled in the floor that had been there a while because it had ran down the floor and some of it was dry. How do you run out of Whopper meat.

Go inside and order and put on a movie because one thing you’re gonna do is wait. You’re gonna wait a long while. That drive through is horrible too. All around slow service and it’s very embarrassing because I actually enjoy the food. FIRE EVERYONE.

Remarkably poor service. It's actually scientifically fascinating how terrible each experience I have with this restaurant is. I've considered starting a blog to document each visit. One time, an employee called me a slur for asking for honey mustard. One time, so they wouldn't get I trouble, a drive thru employee told me to drive back around the building to reset the wait timer. Each time I visit, it is, no kidding, for a combo meal, a 25+ minute wait. The food is always - ALWAYS - cold and/or stale. I understand it's fast food. I keep returning because I live essentially next door and it's cheap. But no more. Im finally reviewing because I saw a man in the kitchen standing making burgers... and from his nose a big, green, blob of snot came from his nose and he wiped it with his hands and continued making the food. No lie. I thought I was gonna throw up. I thought about whether or not I wanted to leave this review but this is a warning: stay far away. Im shocked this place has been this bad from the very beginning.

Disgusting needs to get shut down employees are working the kitchen without putting gloves on touching their face and nose dreads all loose while serving food and the manager is seeing them slow and unprofessional. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Going to call the health department.

The slowest drive through I have ever been in. It takes over 10 minutes for each person to go through the line and they make you wait to order until the person in front of you has their food. It's no wonder this place has bad reviews and has almost no customers during the day.

Pulled up all the employees are outside smoking. Took 5 minutes to take my order in the drive thru because I was told to hold on. Get the food croissant is hard as rock not mention it’s not even what I ordered. Good job!
