Just picked up food from this place. every time I go it keeps getting worse and worse. I will not be going back anymore. I was also told I couldn't buy extra sauce anymore. Like what... your a business that sells things. I'm don't with this place.

Well I went there to get my brother-in-law a 3-piece fish meal and she was not friendly to me at all she needs an attitude adjustment you know if you're going to hire people in these places you need to make sure they got a bubbly attitude she just throw the credit card to me and I asked her could I have some more tartar sauce and she just didn't say my pleasure she didn't say nothing she didn't say thank you or nothing this one reason why I don't come there much cuz they got a poor service

You will be a thing of the past if you don’t take a hard look at your restaurant you have been there a long time as so have we , (Georgia natives) we remembered when you opened and hate to see you go)we will not visit you anymore due to the quality of food and service you used to be the best option in paulding country but you have been steadily declining. Long john silvers no where to found locally anymore it can happen to you too

My husband and I went there for lunch. After ordering we went to eat. The food was cold and very hard to eat. I want to make a complaint and the lady there would not let me speak she was rude and interrupted my conversation therefore telling me I should have brought the food back immediately. Anyone with common sense would know that you don't know it's cold if you don't try it. She refused to correct this. And there were two customers that came in after us she was very rude with them too they turned around and left. I personally believe she should be fired. I never had that kind of experience there before. Needless to say I am never going back there again.

about 12:49 PM this afternoon, I went to Captain D’s down in Dallas. This is the second trip there because on yesterday when my husband went there for our food, he repeated our order to the young lady two times each time she repeated it back incorrect needless to say he got home and the order was indeed incorrect so I called back There shortly after he had return home to advise that they had left items out of my order and that the order was not correct. Spoke to the young lady normally after I’ve had this to happen so many times I would ask to speak to a manager, but at this particular time, I just gave the young lady my name and my phone number And advised her that I would be back tomorrow because I could not return that day. With my receipt, I proceeded to go back today to get my lunch because it was lunchtime! long story short from the drive-through intercom to the window, All I received was attitude so much so that the young lady that was the person that actually took my order, her and I we could no longer communicate so I asked to speak to her manager. I expressed to the manager that this is not my first incident that I’ve had incorrect order or something wrong or my order being not Cooked well just all of the issues I’ve had within this year that I’ve had to return because something was not done correctly on their end. Needless to say the young lady that was taking my order and the one that I was picking my order up at the window is the same young lady so I advised the manager that she obviously doesn’t wanna be at work today and that she has an attitude so maybe she should go wash dishes, or bust tables or something she definitely shouldn’t be interacting with the public because it doesn’t seem as though she has the right attitude to work in the public. The manager then expressed to me that she was apologetic and that she would talk to the Employee. I guess that sparked something in her employee because she then at that time decided that she was gonna be hostile even more with me. Now, I normally don’t step outside of my character, not in a professional environment because you never know who’s watching but I’m gonna tell you this That young lady yelled out the window after I was pulling off to call me rude, rude , yelling out the window because I didn’t say back to her, Have a nice day or thank you. I’m not expressing gratitude to someone to give me negative customer service. I nodded my head and I pulled off! she yelled out of the window as I was pulling off now mind you sidenote that’s very unprofessional but your staff is only as strong as the management so that lets me know that the manager ain’t too far off from her employees. So I proceeded to back my vehicle up and walk inside because I want you to have that same energy and say that same comment to me in my face. I’m posting this because I want people to understand. I don’t have to patronize your business. I don’t have to give you my money, but I won’t take your attitude or your disrespect. If you don’t wanna be at your job, the job that you applied for that you got, find you something else to do! Maybe nothing people related and I’m sure there are plenty of jobs out there street sweeper, trash man whatever that you don’t have to interact with the customer, because I promise you if I was your manager, you wouldn’t have a job here or anywhere! now I don’t wanna post the young ladies name, but maybe I do, but I will say this if you don’t have anything else to do in your life do not play with me your parents your grandparents should’ve taught you to respect your elders and I am indeed I know I am but I don’t wanna have to step outside myself to put you back in your place! Your management your general manager all will know this interaction.

Awful, awful! I ordered the 2 piece flounder. Waited a ridiculous amount of time, only to get overcooked, over-seasoned fish that was inedible. The only thing that was halfway decent was the corn on the cobb. My fault for thinking it will be better the next time. Won't return.

Can't get a simple order right to save their lives. Say "fries" 4 times and you get coleslaw. Say "chicken" and the type of fish you get is anybody's guess.

I got the seafood deluxe platter and it appears and feels and seams and smells like everything's undercooked pretty bad. I had to put one of the crab cakes in the toaster oven. Worst food I've ever got there

Andrew was great. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful, but the lady(not sure of her name) seemed annoyed that we were even there and bothered that we asked what sauces were available.
The jalapeño poppers were excellent, but the steamed broccoli was ice cold, the chicken tenders were hard on the outside and chewy on the inside, the shrimp and mac and cheese tasted very fishy, and a better variety of sauces would be good.
