My husband and I had lunch at this location yesterday. The food was hot and fresh. Their fish and fries deal is awesome! We were both able to eat for a little over 14.00 which these days is almost unheard of considering that you can't even get a burger and fries for that price. We will be back for this deal and I pray they keep it for a long time.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at one of your restaurant locations. On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, I arrived at the restaurant located at 201 Merchants Square, Dallas, Georgia 30132 at approximately 9:35 PM, well before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM.
To my surprise, I was informed by staff that the restaurant was already closed and that they were sold out of all food items. This was not only frustrating but highly inconvenient, as I had specifically made a trip to your establishment expecting to receive service during the listed hours of operation.
As a customer, I rely on the posted operating hours to plan accordingly, and closing early—particularly without notice or an explanation—demonstrates a lack of respect for customers’ time and expectations. Additionally, to be told that the restaurant had run out of all food items suggests a failure in basic operational management.
I hope that this issue will be addressed with the management team at the location in question to ensure that closing procedures are conducted properly and that inventory is managed in a way that allows for customer service until the listed closing time.

Went through the dive through ordered catfish feast for my wife. and was pretty good. I ordered fish and chicken and the fish was way overCooked and tasted like chicken. Okra was overcooked and really dry. Baked potato was actually pretty good. Now I know why only come here a couple times a year!

I placed an order through Uber. I ordered butterfly shrimp and fish with a baked potato and fried okra. This is NOT butterfly shrimp. It is popcorn shrimp and TOO greasy! The fish was okay. The potato was as I ordered it and the okra was great.
Everything was very salty. My dogs loved the expensive shrimp!

The current approach of communicating through nonverbal cues rather than sentences is unprofessional and hinders effective customer engagement. The general manager’s lack of intellectual awareness is evident, and it is imperative that they undergo retraining or be reassigned to a location where their management style aligns better with the team’s needs. One potential solution is to swap the general manager with a front-line worker, allowing the latter to demonstrate their ability to engage with customers on a more effective level. It is strongly recommended that the owner investigates the financial losses incurred at this location due to the current management practices.
