Update:Reaches out via the message below from the owner. Restaurant hasn't responded.Waited 30-40 minutes for an online order and when I arrived at the window, one meal was still not ready. Only had one car ahead of me in the drive thru. The food was overcooked, rice was hard, shrimp was dry and some of the food was cold . Food quality is very subpar at this location. Do not recommend this location!

I ordered my food online and spent a total of $19.53. My order was processed and it gave me a confirmation number of the order, and told me my order would be ready at 9:02. I got there at 9pm and it took the young guy a while to even notice I was there. I told him I ordered online and gave him my name. He said okay they’re getting it ready now. I pulled around and waited for about 10 minutes because there was another car in front of me waiting as well. Once I pull to the window, the young guy says oh we don’t have anymore chicken, so I told him I do not want any food at all. I also told him I would like my money back instead. He’s goes to get the manager Andrew who was also rude as hell, he says well we don’t have chicken and I’m got given you a refund because I don’t have anything to do with that. Left me setting at the drive thru window for another five minutes, I got out my car and came inside. He’s in the back cooking food and says oh I got your chicken, and I said but you just told me you didn’t have any? So, where did that come from? At this point I’m just disgusted because idk where that chicken came from, and I don’t know what they did to any of the food. I asked him for a corporate number when he claim he didn’t know a corporate which is insane to me to even be a manager. I called the store this morning, and another manager was very rude as well and told me that they don’t refund online orders I would have to go online to the captain d’s website and do it. My question is, why couldn’t Andrew have said that in the first place? The ppl they have working at this place are a complete joke, and very unprofessional and I’m still waiting on corporate to respond to give me my refund. I will never order anything else from this hell whole again.

if you want to eat here be prepared to wait in the drive thru for a minimum of 30 minutes, even if there is no one else in line. not sure how a boy standing against a soda machine on his phone is helping the speed of things

I wish I could give no stars! We spent $42 on food only to get home and find out they had given me fish that was hard as a rock and brown in the middle. So I did what any normal person would, I take the food back. After being ignored by staff for 10min I finally got their attention by open the bags and setting the open food trays on the counter for everyone to see. The manger looked at the food apologized and went over to the area manger and said he would remake it. I told them I didn't want the food remade I wanted a refund. They informed me I had to EMAIL corporate for a refund. I went online got the # and called instead, I was told they were sending my info over and that I would be contacted. 2 days later I call again, same process no call back or email. $42 worth of disgusting food and I'm still waiting on a refund! Thanks Captain Ds!!!

I have been in and experienced the young man Rae helping out with customers orders and I commend Rae for the polite and genuine compassion shown when helping customers. Once I saw Rae helping an older couple who was confused about a specific coupon they had. Rae took time to explain the coupon and made sure they were accepting of what it offered.

The giant catfish sandwich is good and so are the jalapeno poppers. UPDATE...WED. 10-26-22 CAPTAIN D'S JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER. Angela behind the counter was great! Those giant fish sandwiches are great! The okra was crispy like I requested. The pecan pie is good too! I'm starting to get confused on who's better... Captain D's or Long John Silver.

Food was delicious!!Fresh! Crispy!Service was EXCELLENT!Bathroom were clean !Tables were clean!All condiments were at reach.The soda machine was clean!The sweet tea was awesome!!!!I enjoyed my visit! The crew went above and beyond take make sure all the guest were taking care of! I will be back!!!
