I just changed my 5-star rating to a 1 because they were closed during their hours of operation. My brother and I were disappointed and dismayed that a note wasn't at least posted on the door explaining same. Please do better in the future if a situation comes up to manage your patron's expectations.

I called to order lunch for volunteers on a Sunday but they only do the the brunch menu on Sunday’s so no sandwiches. I won’t try to give them my money again. The word Brunch is formed from Breakfast and Lunch but the menu items on the brunch menu are all breakfast oriented. Also, the menu in the website is one thing and then you click “order online” and it is completely different and much more expensive.

So the owner of this place did not have his wait staff show for work. He worked the entire floor himself, as well as the bar. As you can imagine, service was slow, but he busted his butt nonetheless. Great job, good food!

Man, the wings were surprisingly good, and it's not that my expectations were low. It's just getting harder and harder to get good wings. The wife and kids enjoyed their food as well. The service was great!

We came here because we thought it was this other, similar restaurant. Big mistake. Some kind of weird flavorless casserole they are calling Mac and cheese, the kids hated it. Found a hair in my water. Weirdly very expensive, and the price seems to act as customer repellant. Shared an entree with my love because the prices were just d**** Empty restaurant on a Friday night, what's really going on? This is two stars instead of one because the waitress was super nice. Possible candidate for Kitchen Nightmares.

If you have a 10pm close then you should honor it. We went for dinner and got there at 9pm. The restaurant was empty and the waitress said she was no longer taking customers because she was the only waitress. This is what I call bad customer service! It was our first time and never again!

Main reason I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars is from the blonde server Sierra who works here. Her service is incredible. She's managing an entire restaurant and bar on her own during the day and has not messed up our order. Unbelievable! She needs a huge raise!

1 waitress, 1 bar tender but they got the food out in a timely manner. The checked Cesar wrap didn't have any flavor. Wondering if I'll give this place another chance???‍♀️

2 stars is generous, drinks tasted like zero alcohol, chicken wrap was very small with not much meat, and rueben was thick, tough, chewy slices. How do you take brisket and make it tough and chewy?! Not many people there and now we know why.

My wife ordered a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries, Mac and cheese for our daughter, and I got the bacon grilled cheese with tots. There was a table with 2 women, and a guy sitting at the bar. Two different sets of people came in, were seated, and got their appetizers before we even got our food. Clearly the kitchen staff doesn't care, but the waitress was really nice. She took over, as the initial waitress left. I didn't catch her name, but the check did say both Ciara and Mandi/Mindi on it. We waited about 40 minutes from placing the order, until our food actually got to our table.As a side note, if the kitchen staff would have talked to me the way they did her, when she asked about our food, Will Smith wouldn't be the only slap heard around the world.

Honestly this place really has everything you could ask for. Good food, great service, and an eclectic atmosphere. There is something almost every night to enjoy as far as entertainment goes.

I have ordered a club from this location 10 times. Of the 10 times, they have incorrectly made my order 6 times. We ordered through Door Dash with special instructions. Anytime you call and ask for a manager they are not there and they won't remake your meal even though they incorrectly made it. Their customer service attitude is it isn't our fault, call Door Dash. We won't use them anymore since they don't seem to care about their customers.

My husband and I came here last night for the first time and it was a great experience! The food was delicious and service was friendly. We will definitely be returning, especially for brunch on a Sunday!

I just reviewed our check and wasn’t able to speak with the server or manager. It was a Tuesday and the tacos were supposed to be discounted. However on the bill they were not discounted. Also I ordered salmon that came with two sides which I ordered asparagus and mashed potatoes - which are shown on the menu - and was charged $3 extra for the mashed potatoes. The wine list was by the glass and no bottle prices. It’s been over a year since our last visit due to the food lacking any flavor including salt - so I do have to say that they are using salt and pepper and the mashed potatoes had rosemary which were very good. The ribeye was way over cooked as was the salmon - but the flavor was good. Just really annoyed about being overcharged for a side that should have been included, no special pricing as per their board, and food being overlooked.
