Hey it is a Chik Fil A... Stagf was kind and helpful, food was as it always is! I wish the prices would drop a little, kinda pricey for a tray for sure

I was immediately judged when I pulled up in my vehicle to the lady working in the drive-through. She gave me sister girl attitude the entire time and I thought that was so rude. I will never use this Chick-fil-A again. It’s horrible. You’re better off in Marietta or Kennesaw. And to top it off to pay what we pay for Chick-fil-A, which is through the roof they didn’t even fill the Frey cup full, and my Chick-fil-A. Chicken sandwich had a lot of gristle and fat there was barely any actual meat. Brand is completely declining. Not recommended.
Was happy with this location until today.
Waited in line for 15 minutes, confirmed my name and gave me the wrong order inside the bag with my name.
Got home and found out, it has bacon and cheese, neither which my pregnant wife can have.
Called the location and all they offered was for me to drive 15 minutes back in rush hour traffic to replace the sandwiches.
You didn't give me what I paid for, what a joke. Will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered a meal today and they never got me my milkshake. I let the waitress know and she said it would be a few minutes. I finished eating and went to the counter to let them know they never gave me one after 30 minutes and I let them know they forgot about me and they never responded or apologized.

I placed my breakfast order through the Chick-fil-A mobile app at 10:15 AM while I was already in the drive-thru line. The line was very long, but I expected that placing my order on the app would guarantee it since it was clearly before the breakfast cut-off time.
By the time I finally reached the window around 10:36 AM, the employee told me they had stopped serving breakfast — even though my order was placed and confirmed through the app well before the cut-off. That’s unacceptable. If I order on the app before breakfast ends, I should still receive what I paid for, regardless of how long the line takes.
This location has become ridiculous with order timing and customer service. Please fix this issue — customers using the app shouldn’t be penalized for long drive-thru lines when the order was placed on time.
