This chick fil a has gone way down hill and unfortunately the manager does nothing to fix any of the problems. I can promise to not come back to this location or the Hiram location that is run under the same person

So I do frequent several Chick fil a restaurants and was never charged for asking on an item placed on the side but this morning I was and I was caught off guard by the charge. I was not sure if things had changed due to the climate of our country at the moment. So naturally I did voice a complain. So the manager, Ireland, called me up to apologize for the error which affirmed that I was not presuming. Now this is what I call a solution to create a customer focused by the organization.

This CfA use to be the best around for breakfast, they always noticed where the breakfast line was and all got served
Today I'm the next car to order when they flip the order signs and I'm told they can't serve me breakfast. They knew I had been in line waiting for 10 minutes. They sent someone claiming to management out to give me a line of BS. Will be awhile before I even think of going back.

Never have I ever complained about Chick fil a before in my entire life but today I ordered over $60 worth of food and they said they are only allowed to give out 8 Chick fil a sauces per order.... Whether that order costs $10 and is for one person or for 10 people and cost $100. That makes absolutely ZERO sense! Make it make sense Chick fil a that one person can have 8 but a large family can only have maybe 1 each. However, she did tell me that if I ordered 7 separate orders then I could get 8 that way. The manager told me that it was due to cost saving. So basically, this Chick fil a is practicing illegal cost saving measures at their customers expense by allowing customers to order up to 3 of the same sauce per meal through their mobile app, allowing you to pay for said order through the app and then refusing to give you what you ordered and paid for once you arrive to apparently cut costs.
Service was great, but the food is horrible. Off tasting pickles, one of our fries was over salted and the other one didn’t have any salt (how that happened idk), asked for mayo and received only one packet, Mac and cheese was mushy like it was microwaved right before sending it out. I love chick fil a, but this will be my first and last time going to this location

One of my purchases was the side salad for work the next day, as I mixed the salad dressing I noticed that it had a small bug in it. Called customer service with know. (This is Chick-fil-A response please share your contact number so that our Director of Operations may reach out to you personally). They can look up the information on the Chick-fil-A app!! No one is gonna put their phone number on here.

What kind of “large” fries are this? I paid for a large container but for the same amount as if I got a small size. Horrible cheap service! On an $80 order!

You REALLY need to stress NOT to block the crosswalk. The sign apparently is not sufficient.
I had a frustrating experience at Chick-fil-A recently. My girlfriend got sick from one of their salads, so she contacted them about the issue. They said we'd be offered two free meals as compensation. When I went to pick them up, I had to wait for about seven minutes at the drive-thru before they told me they couldn't verify the free meal offer. The whole situation was not only annoying but also a bit embarrassing. Very poor customer service, especially when it seemed like they could’ve handled it better. Disappointing overall.

I ordered three sandwich they give me wrong order then when I come home, I see they just give me one sandwich and three fries I called them. They say come gate so when I want get my food, they treat me bad like they give me free food I pay for $35 for this food then taking me to sandwich totally salt. Even my kids cannot eat it. I love Chick-fil-A but the sandwich and the Chick-fil-A taste. It’s too much salt too much seasoning and burn and that they busy but still, they have to delete customers as the same way.

We went to the drive through at 9pm when the website and the online app said they were open until 10pm. We asked an employee and they rudely told us the were closing at 9pm even though EVERYTHING said they close at 10pm!!!

Almost $4.00 for a Chicken biscuit and they serve a piece of chicken that was literally 2 inches X 2.5 inches.. this is horrible and we the people should put a stop to this insanity.. Never again..
