Thanks for the old burger, old cold “FISH” fries & melted sundae the TRASH really enjoyed it!!!!

We usually go here often and don't have any issues, but apparently they don't offer cups anymore. Maybe it's so they can charge people more for sundaes, since they tried to sell us on those. On top of that, the staff was rude and made it seem like we wwre being difficultvfor asking for a sundae cup and a spoon because our kid prefers a cup and a spoon to make less of a mess. They need to learn some customer service skills asap

Will never go back the one male manager or whoever he is was rude and wouldn't honor a free milkshake even with my 68.00 order. I tried numerous times to give the code and they didn't take it... smh and I only caught it once I checked my receipt.. Poorly handled by this manager.

Everything is good. The food was hot and fresh. The only thing is they shouldn't be charging for ranch dressing. All the other dipping sauces are free.

The customer service is rude including the managers. Young people taking orders and getting them wrong. When it is time to pay for your order they don’t say thank you. The managers are unprofessional when you have a problem with your order. Their attitude is nonchalant.

I have come frequently for my family and I with no issues except tonight I was treated extremely disrespectfully! I asked for hot fudge in a cup and I’d pay for it, but was told they could not do that. Then I asked for cups for the cones as I am driving the ice cream home and was told they weren't allowed, I offered to pay and was still told they couldn’t. I asked for a manager, she was extremely rude and told me she didn’t have to give me her name. I’ve explained I have gotten this order prior to today with no problems. She said oh well I can’t do it and I said why can’t you give me your name if you’re sticking by policy she said I don’t have to which at that point I decided just to take the ice cream and go will. I certainly will never go back to that Dairy Queen ! I am unsure what’s happening to customer service but that was beyond the worst I’ve had in a very long time at any place and I will be writing into corporate as I do have everything recorded.

Good burgers but if you like ice cream and not soft serve do not come for it

Me and my husband went to Dairy Queen on ridge road and I had order the pretzel and they were ICE cold!!!! I’ve never been to one that served them cold! I was highly disappointed…

Not very impressed with the food this go around. The burger was smaller as were the fries. It was kinda flavorous and fries were soggy.
