Moved back to Georgia four months ago, and of course, had to get DQ back into my routine - this location does a great job, I've been pleased with the food & service each time. Please realize many of the employees are young kids who may be new, or in training - be patient, be kind and if there's an issue tell a manager. I like this place! But do agree they ALWAYS should put lids on blizzards during the summer! ??
We've lived in the area around two years now. When we first moved here the inside was often closed. This has seemed to change due to more employees. Over the summers they always run out of their specialty blizzard supplies, I do not know if that is a franchise issue or corporate. The last two times we have gone I have been yelled at and belittled. The first time was for accidently asking for cookies and cream insead of oreo blizzard. This latest time was due to me asking...
Inside isn't open, so thereno rating for the atmosphere. The food was bland and felt like a wasted cheat day. Service was above average. I was really disappointed in the delivery. The burger was a mess inside the box, and I had to eat the fries with a fork because they were covered in burger guts. My blizzard was the only saving grace here. This is also the most expensive fast food restaurant of the big 5 by a long shot. (McDonald's, BK, Wendy's, DQ, CFA)
