The owner needs to have a serious talk with the young people who work at this location. No one wants to hear the curse words constantly being said as you are waiting at the drive through window. And if the employees were focused on the customer instead of each other, cutting up and cursing... People may want to eat here more often. This is our last trip here ever though. Took way too long to get our food even though it was a simple order AND having to hear the cursing made it a very unpleasant experience.
BTW... The link the owner will post in a reply to any negative review goes no where. Owner obviously does not care that cursing is present inside his restaurant by his employees as my experience was obviously not the first time someone has complained about this. I tried going to this link and it just takes you in circles with no end.

I placed an order on the app and they missed my large coke no ice. And no one resolved my issue. Sending me back and forth call the store and call Door Dash for my soda. Spoke to Manager on duty. Still couldn't get my drink. This is unacceptable my issue was never resolved. I need a refund for my drink.

Dirty and food on the floor. Management out side talking.

This is my favorite DQ location. The workers are always friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the outside is always lit up for the holiday.

Never go back....My daughter and I were at the Dairy Queen at the Crossroads eating dinner tonight. She had picked this as a special spot for the two of us to sit down and have dinner and ice cream together. Our one-on-one time is precious and we really look forward to it. However, tonight was interrupted by some really immature and rude workers. When we first arrived, I could hear them shouting in the back and I heard profanities used i.e. the F word the B word, etc., At first I tried to ignore it and didn’t say anything, but as we sat down and ate our food and started talking. It got louder as more patrons left. When it was only my daughter and I left, the worker became louder and kept cussing as just part of his normal conversation. I went up to the front desk and spoke to the girl who is at the counter and politely asked her if she could have him please watch his language or speak quieter as I was with my young daughter. The young woman, who was very respectful, told the boy to stop talking and to be quieter. Then it turned pretty bad. As I walked away back to my table, The boy shouted “who is she and why does she think she can tell me what to do? She’s not my mom.”
With that I asked to speak to the manager and a young man came out claiming to be the manager - I asked him why he was letting his worker speak like that to a customer and he said I’m sorry I don’t hear much. I have a headset on. Never once corrected the worker.
At this point, my daughter was uncomfortable, and the whole situation was just awkward. As we went back to our table to clean up our stuff to leave, the young man said “if she doesn’t like the way I can talk, she can just leave.” And that’s what we did. The profanity yelling worker was named Liam. I didn’t get anyone else’s name. Please know if your daughter works there, you should be proud- she handled herself perfectly in the situation. I didn’t get her name.
If anyone has any connections or knows the owner of operator of the Dairy Queen in Dallas at the Crossroads, please let me know.

The guy taking orders at the drive thru couldn't hear our order and told us to pull to the window, which we did and said our order again. He then yelled that he couldn't hear us, then finally took the order and made the wrong order after I specially asked for extra chocolate chunks and was charged for as well. After giving us the order he cussed at us in his native language, this has to be the worst experience ever I had in any place, not just any dairy queen. They need to train their staff and have some anger management classes!!!!

The staff and managers are very nice people and seem to get along and they are well mannered and work together like a well-done puzzle. the manager treats all the staff like his family and cares about them a lot. This Dairy Queen is one of the best ones I've been to.!
