Many drinks were out at soda machine. Smell weed everytime I go coming from the back kitchen area. Candles etc. For the frozen cakes are mostly all out of stock

Every time we go to this Dairy Queen in Dallas we have issues. I’m so fed up with places trying to close before their posted close time. Their posted close time is 10:00pm. We placed our order at 8:58pm and hung out with friends in the dinning area until we were approached by an employee at 9:43 (nicely) letting us know that they like to close 10 minutes early so they can clean and they are “not trying to rush us” BUT they need to kick out paying customers so they can get to there closing duties. That is RUDE! I can understand if you’d like to come by at 10:00 and say we are closed now, please leave! They need to post that they close at 9:45 so everyone knows and they can start cleaning. That wasn’t the only issue (par for the course), they forgot about bringing out our fries. My husband approached the counter and was ignored for a period of time. Finally, he was able to let the cashier know about the missing fries and the cashier proceeded to do 3 other things before she let the kitchen know. He stood there waiting for a while and had to ask again because they had been sitting under the warmer for a while without the cashier noticing. My husband reminded the cashier and she had totally forgotten (as if he hadn’t been standing there) and then handed the cold fries to him. The customer service there is ridiculous! For better customer service go to the Hiram Dairy Queen as they provide a better experience!

Customer service is terrible! They totally forgot about part of my order and when I went back to the counter to get what they missed, the employees working the front counter were not very attentive and appeared to be ignoring me. Also, we arrived at this location at 9 PM and at 9:40 they were asking everyone to leave so that they could clean and shut down the dining room. At their entrance area it’s clearly posted that they close at 10 PM. Unfortunately, we’ve been to this location several times and this is their normal operating procedures. It’s always frustrating. The Hiram location is so much better… Always a great experience!

I have gone to this Dairy Queen multiple times and not once it has ever been this bad. I don’t know who was running drive thru and doing money, but first off I had a coupon and she looked confused as to what to do with it, and then she almost forgot to give me my credit card back. And then they handed me my four blizzards with no lids and no napkins. They proceeded to melt all in my car. Didn’t even get a receipt. Poor service. Will not go here again.

The owner needs to have a serious talk with the young people who work at this location. No one wants to hear the curse words constantly being said as you are waiting at the drive through window. And if the employees were focused on the customer instead of each other, cutting up and cursing... People may want to eat here more often. This is our last trip here ever though. Took way too long to get our food even though it was a simple order AND having to hear the cursing made it a very unpleasant experience.
BTW... The link the owner will post in a reply to any negative review goes no where. Owner obviously does not care that cursing is present inside his restaurant by his employees as my experience was obviously not the first time someone has complained about this. I tried going to this link and it just takes you in circles with no end.
