We ordered food from them tonight nothing was labeled they forgot our drink and when I go to call and report it no one answers my call. I was on the phone till they closed at 12am and no one picked it up at all if I could give this place 0 stars I 100% would. Me and my family are never ordering from this company/ place ever again.

Terrible location to order from. Placed a small order for delivery and waited over 40 mins just for them to make it and cancel the order. multiple orders have been canceled or not delivered by this location

You cannot trust them they always have a mistake at the customer order and they give you a credit just to let you take the wrong order and when do you try to use that credit they say no you don’t have credit

I ordered delivery to be dropped off at my doorstep. I received a notification that my order had been delivered, I go check outside - no food to be found. I waited a few more minutes & got an apology email for the delivery not being what's expected, so I called the store. I inform the person on the other end of my dilemma & they put me on hold for a while - I get told the driver saw my specific cars in my driveway, hand delivered the food to me & basically told that I was lying about not receiving my food. I was then told to send my RING CAMERA footage to the manager to prove no one showed up at my door & even after obliging to this, was told that if the driver said he recognized my porch that there's nothing that could be done unless I disputed the charge with my bank. I get confusing addresses & that some people can be dishonest, but why would anyone go to this length just to get extra free food? And since WHEN does a customer have to send video proof that they didn't get the food they paid money for??? I had to drive up to the store & confront the driver & manager to get my refund. Extremely unprofessional; I'll never order from this store again.

So I just found out tonight that when you pay for extra toppings, you're really not getting your money's worth. The more toppings that you order, the more ounces go down. My problem was with spinach because I got three toppings my pizza literally only had three slices that had spinach on it. So, for example, if you order a small pizza it might be five ounces of spinach with two other toppings but if you ordered a large pizza with 2 other toppings, you only might get 1 oz of spinach. Don't get me wrong, my families go to is Domino's But I wanna get exactly what I'm paying for. I shouldn't be shorted on anything.

It was the worst taste I've ever had in a pizza. A large veggie hand toast ( no taste and the veggies looked like they were added at the end when they took the pizza out from the oven . It was the worst experience I've ever had with Domino's. I asked for well-done wings . They had no idea how to make them well done. It's not really worth the 44$ I've spent. Everything went to trash. This was on Jan 31st at 4 pm. Besides the driver that took my order that day, everything was just a disaster

Pizza is usually pretty good. Service is bad. If you cannot go in to get your pizza for whatever reason order delivery! You’ll sit at the pickup window for 20-30 min and no one will ever come.

Ordered a thin crest chicken pizza. Edges are burned. Normally this store never disappoints, but today it is. Already it’s late and couldn’t order a replacement.

The food is always great from here but they are always slammed and the time they give you is never correct and the managers can get snippy/rude with you but the team members are always very nice and apologetic (kind of feel bad for them). I still order from here but just know it’ll probably be an hour for your food so you do have to be patient and the management can be rude.
We ordered online and did pick-up at the window. My husband waited a few minutes at the drive thru window after arriving. After no one came to the window, he reversed and pulled ahead again to make the bell sound again. He waited another 10 mins before going in. When he went in, there were no other customers so he asked the person at the front if someone was manning the drive thru window. My husband's question was ignored and the employee replied by saying, "what's the name on the order?" It was sitting right there the whole time getting cold. By the time he got it home 25 mins had passed since it said it was ready (and my husband was waiting.) The pizza was extremely thin, more so than normal, and cold. Hardly any of the parmesan bread bites had seasoning on them. Almost all of them are completely season-less and taste like straight bread. This was not a good experience at all. Super disappointed.

The last 4 times ordering I've suffered from black tarry stools & overall very upset stomach. I thought it was just me, maybe too oily or something. It's been over the course of 4-6mo so I didn't think about food poisoning.
Well, we ordered again this week & what do you know. Everyone had the same symptoms. No one has ever had issues with pizza from other Domino's locations before or since. The only common denominator was the food.
I don't know what is going on at this locations but I am no longer going to order anything from this location.
I will say the delivery drivers are always kind & professional.

So 2 weekends in a row I've ordered pizza and I've got the worst 2 pizzas. I ordered extra cheese. You think I would have asked for very little cheese. Sorry, Domino's. I gave you a second chance. I will not order from domino's again.
