I live in Woodstock , the Domino’s there is excellent. This is the local store to my boyfriend’s house. Every time it is over cooked. Burnt edges, cheese does not go to the edge and the toppings are very light.
Dominos are always my favorite but I will not order from this branch again.

Placed an online order for carry out, estimated time was 15 minutes. Arrived at store just to get told they are focusing on Delivery orders and it would be another 30-40 minutes before they started carry out orders. Completely unprofessional.

I've been ordering here since this branch opened, they were the first to deliver to us. We've seen people move up from driver to manager, and the only thing that's remained the same is the quality of food and service, which hasn't wavered since they opened.
(No, I wasn't compensated for this review, they're just nice folks and own any mistakes quickly)

We ordered delivery, and Tim when above and beyond. He remembers us and asked how our baby was doing since we ordered so much while I was pregnant. I can tell he cares about what he does and is an incredible asset to this store. Thank you to our fav delivery driver, Tim!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order through their official website, only to find out it was sent to the wrong store. They said the other store will call me. They claimed they did, but I was by my phone the whole time and didn’t receive a call. This resulted in me having to wait twice as long for my food. When I called the second store (Cedarcrest in Dallas, GA), the staff had a rude attitude and offered no help in resolving the issue and instead, they blamed the New Hope location for not transferring the order sooner.
There was a complete lack of communication and accountability between the stores and corporate, and I was left stuck in the middle as a paying customer. I did nothing wrong, yet I was the one inconvenienced. What’s worse is that both locations admitted this kind of mix-up happens regularly. If that’s the case, it’s unacceptable that corporate or the stores haven’t prioritized in fixing this.
As a loyal customer, I expect better. This kind of ongoing problem should not be tolerated, and certainly not brushed off. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously before losing more customers.

I am always one for patience and understanding when it comes to quick service food industry. However, if you are gonna offer carside delivery and make people wait 15 minutes causing them to go inside, then why are you offering it? I thought during those 15 minutes, well maybe they are understaffed and it’s dinner rush, but when I walked in, I saw plenty of people just standing there. I don’t mind walking in every now and then, I truly don’t especially when I had such great service the last time. But the convenience of carside delivery is a nice convenience when you’re in a rush trying to get home. I even saw someone go up to the window like 4 times and never could get someone to help in. My pizza was fantastic but yall gotta figure this out.

Worst place ever and the manager Walter is horrible! Couldn’t even come to talk to me about the problem I had. I went to pick up the pizza and they didn’t give me everything I ordered. I had to drive back from my house and they could careless. Horrible customer service and it all starts with the manager who you can tell hates his job. And that sets the tone for the whole store.

We ordered food from them tonight nothing was labeled they forgot our drink and when I go to call and report it no one answers my call. I was on the phone till they closed at 12am and no one picked it up at all if I could give this place 0 stars I 100% would. Me and my family are never ordering from this company/ place ever again.

They mix up orders and say it is shipped to someone else and you have to wait an hour to get your order collect, and they don’t even understand right and left side for adding the toppings, they just put it all over
